Location location location Also the nice garden in the back and the excellent breakfast.
The aircondition wasn't doing anything. Had to sleep with the window open to the street.

They let us check in 5 hours earlier, and they had bikes that you can rent for 14 euros per day, which was super useful. Amazing place

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of variety.
We booked a superior double room with balcony. The bed felt very small for two people to share, and the pillows were not very good. The balcony connected directly to that of neighboring rooms without any privacy screen or barrier.

Excellent location. Near the main train station and close to main points of tourist attractions. Staff were very nice. We were able to check in early in the morning. The room was clean, and beds comfortable.

such a convenient location so close to the Central station and easy walking to so many sites, and great food choices. we arrived at 8 am, and stashed our luggage then out to explore. They said they might have a room for us early and we lucked out and got a room at 11 am! short nap and shower and we were ready to go! Breakfast was great, and we are vegans and there were tons of choices for us. The patio is lovely for coffee and conversation. we’ll be back!

Location near the Hauptbahnhof was really convenient . Very easy to get in from the airport and easy to get around the city. Close enough to most major sights so I could walk there.
Room was pretty small and cramped, even for one person. No fridge and very little storage space. The bathroom was very small.

I‘m a loyal customer of Motel One. It’s always exactly what one expects.
The heating/AC control panel does nothing. It isn’t possible to regulate the temperature in the room. You should turn down (or OFF) the loud music on the loudspeakers at breakfast. Nobody wants to hear that when they’re waking up. It’s stupid and annoying. The service staff engaged in loud, laughing high jinx all the time I was there. They should be quiet and do their job, not stand around screaming and giggling in the doorway.

I've stayed here several times by now, and it continues to be my favorite place when I want to stay near Berlin Hbf. Really easy to reach within a few minutes walk from the station, clean and modern rooms, and check-in/check-out are efficient. The bar is also a nice place to sit for a drink on the evening.

It was very clean and comfortable. The room was small for American standards, but I wasn't there to hang out in my hotel room. The breakfast buffet was large, cold European buffet. They kept it well stocked. Great bar!
The breakfast buffet could have included some bacon, or saugage links. The only meat was the deli meat for breakfast sandwiches. I like a hot breakfast.

Wonderful
It’s central location to Berlin Hbf station, and also a bike ride to the main political area (Reichstag, Brandenburg etc). It’s also modern and really comfortable. Nice bar on the ground floor!
It’s a little far from places like Kreuzburg and Schoneburg so if you’re here for that kind of experience I would stay closer to it. Hbf is ideal for bigger destinations across Germany and tourist attractions but for getting in and around Berlin for specific purposes I’d stay closer to those areas
