Central location. The bar was lovely very nice for a drink and a snack in the evening.
Rooms are very small for 2 people. The room was very warm the air con wasn’t great and didn’t have windows only a door to open which you can’t leave open during the night as the curtains don’t close over the door when it’s open. I asked reception if they had a fan but they didn’t. The bedsheets had stains on them. The toilet didn’t flush mentioned it to reception and when we arrived back I don’t think they sent anyone to fix it one button on the toilet worked when we got back which I think fixed itself we were checking out the following day so I didn’t mention it again.

They kept our luggage after the check out until we left to the airport.

Great location, nice breakfast, funky nice decor, comfy bed, good value of money.
A bottle of water could have been provided in the guestroom, at least upon arrival date. It cost nothing but make can make the guest feel much better

the location is conviniense,hotele is clean and the food is good.
the thing that I saw not went well,the room next to the lift is very noisy no one can stay in, secondely the coordination between staff, when I changed the room they did not aranged other things accordingley ,for instance ,they did not add the breakfast to the new room which result it in cnfusion secondly I did get my recept in my email the rest was perfect.

Fantastic location on Alexanderplatz right by the U Bahn. The 18th floor lounge is great with Fantastic city views. Staff were very friendly and helpful
