The location is honestly perfect. Right in Alexanderplatz and directly next to a train station, which makes getting around Berlin effortless. The check-in experience was very friendly, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is modern, edgy, and stylish, with a great atmosphere throughout. The room was spotless and comfortable, with zero complaints. Even the check-out was seamless. You simply leave the key and go, which made the departure stress-free. Overall, the experience felt smooth from start to finish.
There really wasn’t anything negative to mention. Everything met or exceeded expectations, from the service to the design and location. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel and happily stay here again on my next visit to Berlin.

Everything was great!! Very pleased with the location, the price, the rooms and all the amenities.
The terrace in the 9th floor was unavailable.. and the rooftop was closed before 18:00, therefore we couldn’t see the sunset from the higher point.

The front desk personnel were great. Also the cleaning staff were very good.
1. The room faced the tram which had a screeching noise all night. 2. The soap dispenser in the shower and sink are difficult to operate to get soap out. Especially the shower dispenser. 3. The handheld shower head is too big for the water pressure available and for the gripper component that holds the shower head to the shower pipe. The entire shower head is difficult to deal with.

Excellent location, spotless rooms, and very comfortable common areas. The breakfast was fresh and well organized, and the workspaces were perfect for getting things done. A great choice in Berlin — I would definitely stay here again.
