Location, cleanliness, comfort.
Breakfast was not good value. Continetial breakfast for 17.90 . No hot food. No kettle in room. Duvets were tiny. Two singles on a double bed. Very odd. Room was cold. They said heating is not under their control. But did provide a little heater. It was 3 degrees outside.

Right at the centre for all tourists, a nice roof bar which is more of a lounge on the top floor but it was beautiful to chill and end the night. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly and helped us with any location issues
For paying extra with city view room the room was uncomfortably small, we didn’t even get a wardrobe or ironing board as it is too small to fit either.

Check in and checkout was comfortable. There is a nice lounge for working.
1. The staff just barged into our room at 9 am. We were supposed to checkout at 12 in the noon, we didn't order a room service either, I don't understand why anyone should come into our room uninvitedly. 2. The pillows are too big and tall. 3. The mattress is uncomfortable. 4. We left a pillow on the floor because it was uncomfortable and we weren't using it, later when we came back to the room, the pillow was back on the bed. That is not hygienic.

Room is tiny, but comfortable and very clean. Window are perfect, we did not hear any noise from outside even though we were near Alexanderplatz.
I would like to have a water kettle, instead there was anything (no coffee machine, no kettle..)
