The room for 3 was big enough,bed was comfortable but sofa bed is so so,there was a balcony which i loved and tv coffee machine and everything.The property has own spa and courtyard Totally good stay

The hotel was in a great location. 5minutes walk to Checkpoint Charlie, plenty of S-Bahn/U-Bahn transport options in the area.
The room was huge - we had a small kitchen and dining area, living area and a very large bedroom. Plenty of light and we could go out onto the balcony.
We had breakfast once in the hotel - I felt it was a little pricey - but it was nice and there was something for everyone including a Pancake maker.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Great breakfast, room exceptionally clean. Staff was great and helpful, even going the extra mile to book a taxi that arrived within 2 minutes. Although it is location in the city centre which is great for sight seeing, it is nice and quiet for a good nights rest after a long travel.

AWFUL STAY – Extremely Unprofessional Staff & Poor Room Design
While most of the management I interacted with were polite and helpful, one staff member at the lobby was among the rudest and most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry.
His tone and body language were very rude and completely unacceptable. When I told him that the WiFi in my room wasn’t working properly, his blatant response was that “your phone must be spoilt.” No attempt to help, no troubleshooting, nothing.
A few minutes earlier, I had called the lobby to ask if they provide packaged drinking water in the room. Instead of just answering yes or no, he said, “Well, do you see any water?” When I said no, he replied, “Well then what do you think?” It was unnecessarily sarcastic and unprofessional.
I have never come across someone so blatantly rude and abrasive especially in a hotel.
The room itself wasn’t great either. The layout was odd and absurd. The WC was far from the shower area, and there was a lot of wasted space. The TV and desk placement were awkward and got in the way, making it inconvenient to even watch TV comfortably.
Overall, a deeply disappointing experience. I will not stay at a Mercure property again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The online ratings are misleading and do not reflect the reality of this property.

Spacious room. Not modern, but nice and in perfect condition. Great breakfast, options not plentiful but more than enough eaven for kids, with slight differences from day to day. Good coffee.
