The situation ! Centre! Clean
We had with us a handicap son ! And the first receptionist was perfect! The one for check out ! Was so judgmental! Told us ! Was ok for my son to go upstairs! My son use a wheelchair! How disrespectful is ! With out knowing him ! The first bedroom was with the bedroom upstairs and refused the room because! I send emails few times! To make sure of the settings of the room ( no stairs ! And his bed with us ! Hi can’t stay in an other bedroom because he also mentally disabled ! This trip was very upsetting for me a a mother

A normal hotel. Nothing brilliant but everything is in its place. As for me it is overpriced compared to what one can get in Berlin for the same price. All means of transport are around the corner.
They put a queen bed (not simple double bed) in the ad. But the receptionist said they do not have them at all meaning it will always be a combination of 2 beds. Facilities in the bathroom were quite basic and not very well maintained.

Wonderful
The hotel is wonderful. The staff were helpful, the rooms are spacious and modern and the hotel is located right next to the metro, so going to the city is almost effortless. The excellent breakfast is the cherry on top. People who wish to do groceries can easily do so by going to the grocery store located on the ground floor.

We stayed there for the second time. Loved the breakfast selection and hotel facilities
The staff at the chatkou was rude, we used the hotel parking and had issues when leaving the parking, so we had to call the reception for help. They were rude and hang up on us without checking if everything worked. Would recommend to retrain the staff

Works well as a location as though there is not much around it is close to stations and not too far a walk to get to the sights. Handy having a supermarket on site. The facilities in the room were good. I would.use again.
Some noise at night if you're on the same level as reception but nothing too bad.

The suite was so amazing! So much room, and therefore, it was good for us with 2 kids. Really comfortable. I liked that the baby bed, they had prepared had really cute bedsheets with a bear. It is always theese "clean" white ones, so this was good. Toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, bodylotion, a shaver etc was also there (even though we did not use it).
Could be more vacuumed, because of the carpets downstairs.

Nice hotel and staff being over the supermarket was convenient . fridge in room was great.need some English channels on TV or be able to share your netflix
Little bit out of town quite a walk to get anywhere,room service never left us coffee so in the end we bought our own from the supermarket downstairs
