Works well as a location as though there is not much around it is close to stations and not too far a walk to get to the sights. Handy having a supermarket on site. The facilities in the room were good. I would.use again.
Some noise at night if you're on the same level as reception but nothing too bad.

The suite was so amazing! So much room, and therefore, it was good for us with 2 kids. Really comfortable.
I liked that the baby bed, they had prepared had really cute bedsheets with a bear. It is always theese "clean" white ones, so this was good.
Toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, bodylotion, a shaver etc was also there (even though we did not use it).
Could be more vacuumed, because of the carpets downstairs.

Nice hotel and staff being over the supermarket was convenient . fridge in room was great.need some English channels on TV or be able to share your netflix
Little bit out of town quite a walk to get anywhere,room service never left us coffee so in the end we bought our own from the supermarket downstairs

The breakfast was good . But not worth 25 euros per person . The facilities were good but room service was missing . I was asked to come at the reception to get replenishment of coffee and sugar sachets.
Or wait for 2 hours atleast (this was the actual conversation). Location is Far but well connected by Underground. There are many dinning options nearby and a very good bakery known as Kemps. The staff at the breakfast counter were rude to my wife when she went to order eggs and refused to get hot coffee for her when asked . This in my view was nothing short of racial discrimination just because we were brown skin . All this happened when we did our best to be polite and courteous towards all the service staff. I am disappointed with the overall stay .

The staff was so professional and polite. The size of the room was exactly what we needed. The hotel was in a great location with a supermarket below. It was in a great location near the U9 stop. The hotel communicated clearly and often leading up to our stay.
The AC didn't work well at all. We needed to open the windows for the room so as not to feel like an oven, but then heard every sound made on the street below.
