Pretty much everything, great hotel, very good location with easy transport links. Rooms were lovely.
I really dislike when you book a double room and it’s two single beds pushed together. Worse than that is both having single duvets! The air conditioning in the room also did not seem to be working. The choices were have the window closed and it be very hot in the room around 23 degrees even with the aircon set on max chill. Or the other option was have the window open and then wake up shivering. We just could not get comfortable.

The location was decent, breakfast okay too. The hotel is rather new an the interior design of rooms is nice.
The cleaning service entered my room twice when I was sleeping. When I opened the door to let them know that I am here and they entered twice, the cleaner was angry at me and ready to fight. Weird experience. I thought I am the guest there...
I also was a bit lost in this building cause it has a complicated structure inside and is very big (there is a shopping mall and coworking space in the same building). When I asked the receptionist how to get out of the building and I tried to explain what I was confused about, he was impatient and just indicated the direction to take the elevator. Four-star hotel but the staff just does not seem to be very attentive or motivated to be nice to the customers. Big city vibe. If you don't like this type of ambiance I would avoid it.
Also I got a room with very small windows so it was very dark during the day.
