The cleaning staff was quite active and used to clean the room everyday. Fresh towels are provided everyday.

Very clean, comfy, great location (not central but good public transport connection), daily room service with refill of tea/coffee! EXCEPTIONAL BREAKFAST BUFFET worth the money! Including large variety of sweet and savory options including bacon, sparkling wine, live-cooking of custom omelettes or eggs.
Nothing to say - highly recommend and will return!

Pretty much everything, great hotel, very good location with easy transport links. Rooms were lovely.
I really dislike when you book a double room and it’s two single beds pushed together. Worse than that is both having single duvets! The air conditioning in the room also did not seem to be working. The choices were have the window closed and it be very hot in the room around 23 degrees even with the aircon set on max chill. Or the other option was have the window open and then wake up shivering. We just could not get comfortable.
