I especially liked the bakery and food store in the building.
Although listed as “Mitte”, MOA is a good 45 minutes from the center of Berlin.

The location, the size of the room.
If you don’t communicate about your cleaning policy, we only clean on demand, you make life for your guests uncomfortable as the room doesn’t get cleaned. After 3 days we went to the reception complaining and we were only then told your hotel had a cleaning on demand policy. Unfortunately also that did not work out, as the promised cleaning on the days we indicated was not done either. Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. In the end we stayed 7 days, cleaning was done only on 2 days.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im MOA Berlin. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem und die Mitarbeiter mega nett. Wir durfen sogar früher einchecken und unser Gepäck nach dem Check-Out noch ein paar Stunden an der Rezeption bunkern. Für unseren nächsten Berlin Tripp kommen wir gerne wieder!

Property is clean. Supermarket just right below the hotel and easy access to public transportation
Not much ventilation at reception during check in, can get really stuffy during a hot summer day when everyone is trying to check in at around the same time

Clean rooms, great reception, clean, good location
Lights in the room are way off. All lamps were too strong, we couldn't dim the lights. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable. Shower water was too weak.

I was traveling with a friend, we loved everything, the location was perfect for us, there were supermarkets, restaurants, metrostation neaby. We chose this hotel mainly because of the breakfast (my friend needed to eat before leaving for the day of touristing) and they didn't let us down. Breakfast was amazing. Million choices, everything was very tasty and it was really setting the mood for the day. The room was clean and quiet.
We had a queen size bed, wished we could have had two twin beds.

Front desk check in was perfect. The room was great. A supermarket is downstairs along with an ATM; bakery/coffee shop; Ubahn is a very short walk away. Just a great place to call home base in Berlin.

The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was exceptional and professional. Room and atmosphere was very unique. Checkout time was later than most hotels.
Location was only good because there was a metro near by.

Hotel has a good location with a subway station very close and tram about a 10 min walk away. There is a supermarket in the same space so it comes handy. Hotel is big and feels safe, staff is very friendly. The gym is good.
The breakfast was disappointing. I am vegan and there were FEW vegan options to choose from. I also had lunch as part of the training I was in. Basically salad, fruit, yogurt, and only one protein for breakfast (small sausages). In a very vegan friendly city that is Berlin, I was expecting a wider spread of vegan options and clear labelling. For example, the milks were all together and could easily be moved so the label did not fit anymore, I believe it would be better to put the label on the vase or clearly separate all vegan options from non-vegan options since some people do not care about cross-contamination (using the same spoon for the food, mixing the labels, etc).
