Very Good
Clean, tidy and had everything you needed in close proximity.
For a short stay it’s perfect but we stayed 12 days and it was very impersonal. Also this area is better suited to corporate mid week stays or for younger people on weekends.

We stayed for 2 weeks in a superior suite. The bedroom was quiet, dark and had good air conditioning.
The lifts were very slow and inconsistent.

The hotel is uniquely beautiful and was very easy to find. The location is ideal, with convenient access to bus routes and train stations, making it easy to reach the city centre and nearby attractions. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a kettle, mini fridge and hair dryer. The staff were friendly and helpful, we were able to store our bags at the reception until it was time to check in.
The location is slightly outside of the city center but still close enough to get to all the main sights within a short S-bahn or U-Bahn ride, and there are stops within walking distance. The hotel is conveniently located above a supermarket with a cafe where you can get an affordable breakfast. It was mostly very quiet except for a few people shouting outside on Saturday night. But definitely a quieter hotel than the ones in Mitte!
We didn't try the hotel restaurant as there are plenty of options of places to eat close by. We highly recommend trying trecento grammi for delicious pizza, platform 68 for delicious Vietnamese food (lots of vegan options) and DoyDoy for Döner or falafel. Most of the neighborhood places take cash only, as do many establishments in Germany. It was very convenient that the hotel has an ATM inside, next to reception!
The Berlin City tax was not included in the price of the hotel and was not clearly communicated when booking. This is a tax that applies to all hotels in Berlin so it wasn't the hotel's fault, and it wasn't very expensive but it was still a bit disappointing to get a surprise fee on arrival.
The breakfast was very expensive - €25 per person! Don't bother, go to the Edeka cafe or the Unter den Birken Cafe across the street and get a delicious breakfast for half that price.

Great location. Within easy walking distance of public transport. Supermarket, cafes and shops all located in same building. Aircon in room was perfect. Would definitely stay here again if in Berlin.

The size of our adjoining rooms was excellent. Julian on reception advised us brilliantly and amended our booking effectively. Plus we all slept very well as the beds were so comfortable. The access to the supermarket and cafe was really good.
We enjoyed everything! It's quite far from the centre but we dont mind walking so it wasnt a problem for us.
