Breakfast was fantastic. Access to public transport is amazing. Room was very nice.
Cleaning has to be ordered every single time. The sustainability argument to not clean the apartments daily and change the towels is not convincing. It is obviously done to save costs and increase hotel revenues. The correct way is to have a standard cleaning service daily unless the customer does not want and cancels the cleaning. I had to go to the reception the second day to ask for cleaning because the reception was not answering my calls and although I asked for cleaning I found the room uncleaned and without clean towels when I returned back late in the evening. Calling the reception again to ask what happened did not work again and I had to go again to the reception to ask for clean towels. The receptionist performed a basic cleaning as the cleaning personnel were not at the premises at that time and the sheets remained unchanged. Reception was not responsive at any time keeping me in the call waiting for up to 13 minutes.

Great location, very nice hotel, the shops underneath the hotel were great to get some supplies in
Nothing major but we were in the room for theeee nights and the mass did not come to empty the bins in the room, I can live without the beds being made but with two young children in the room they did need a bit more frequent cleaning.

Hotel has a good location with a subway station very close and tram about a 10 min walk away.
There is a supermarket in the same space so it comes handy.
Hotel is big and feels safe, staff is very friendly.
The gym is good.
The breakfast was disappointing. I am vegan and there were FEW vegan options to choose from.
I also had lunch as part of the training I was in.
Basically salad, fruit, yogurt, and only one protein for breakfast (small sausages). In a very vegan friendly city that is Berlin, I was expecting a wider spread of vegan options and clear labelling. For example, the milks were all together and could easily be moved so the label did not fit anymore, I believe it would be better to put the label on the vase or clearly separate all vegan options from non-vegan options since some people do not care about cross-contamination (using the same spoon for the food, mixing the labels, etc).

slow checkin and unexperienced person not able to customize request, they do not clean rooms at all, you need to request it every time, feels more like a youth hostel than a hotel, two small water bottles only the first night although two nights cost doubled prize?!

Chose this hotel as it was easy walking distance from the photo studio I was working from, whilst in Berlin. Arrived at nearly midnight but was very efficiently checked in and given a perfectly acceptable room.
Although I only used the hotel to sleep in, as I was working long hours, it was quiet, peaceful and very clean.
Nothing comes to mind.
