No bell service. I had to use the trolley myself and put my bags in to check out. I was with a colleague who was disabled so had to put in her bags as well. No iron/ironing board inside the room which I found unusual. Most hotels in Europe have this in the closet. Expensive to order room service since had to pay additional Euro 15 per order.

The location was ideal for me. The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly.
Just tiny details. There was a kettle and tea/coffee but no milk and water in the fridge but no bottle opener so unable to drink.

The breakfast especially. It was really up to par with how a breakfast SHOULD be at a hotel of this standard. Really friendly check-in. Great size room for a family of three. Nice walk in shower is always a bonus! A lot of space for a room in Berlin. Parking right next to the reception entrance.
If I should be a bit picky... A much better sign showing the entrance to the hotel from the street. It is truly a bit confusing. The same for getting to the parking garage. Also a little bit confusing... Aaaand finally, I would have liked some beers in the vending machine, but I'm guessing it's an age restriction thing.
