Very good breakfast with a vast array of choices. The rooms themselves seem to have been recently refurbished, the en-suite bathroom looks original: clean but well used.
Some rooms are facing the inner glas-covered atrium, providing some daylight but no fresh air. The lighting in the bathroom was quite uneven, almost dark in the shower area.

The location, the size of the room.
If you don’t communicate about your cleaning policy, we only clean on demand, you make life for your guests uncomfortable as the room doesn’t get cleaned. After 3 days we went to the reception complaining and we were only then told your hotel had a cleaning on demand policy. Unfortunately also that did not work out, as the promised cleaning on the days we indicated was not done either. Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. In the end we stayed 7 days, cleaning was done only on 2 days.

Very modern and clean. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet great. Small gym facilities. Location near a metro.
The location is practical but not charming and moving around in it feels a bit like being in a parking garage.

Location great a cool vibe if a little business focused. Like that a supermarket was downstairs.
Lifts were not working and also our carpet was damp and the room had a strong cleaning fluid smell. We were happy to stay in it and did not raise an issue
