The hotel is centrally located in Berlin and makes getting around the city very easy. Shops, restaurants, places to eat, as well as bus stops and metro stations, are all within a 5–10 minute walk.
Speaking frankly, this hotel is far from a 4-star standard. The lift was not working, and we were given a room on the 4th floor, so if you have mobility difficulties or are travelling with small children, it’s better to negotiate your options in advance.
Special gratitude to the receptionist who spoke Russian (apologies for not remembering her name). She was extremely helpful, providing us with information about the city, what to see, how to get around, and great recommendations for places to eat.
I also believe that a price of €200 for two nights should include breakfast. The breakfast itself was very poor and definitely not worth €18, which is why we only ate there once. However, the lady running the breakfast service was top-notch — special thanks to her.
Overall, the staff are lovely, but the rooms feel quite old, with a stale smell, a non-working lift, and poor breakfast quality. Please keep this in mind when making your choice.

Location and staff are great. The staff helped me provodind me a radiator to heat the room that was VERY COLD . Breakfast was very good
The room was unbeliveble COLD. The central heating did not manage to compensate - so the staff at the reception had to give me another blanket and an additional radiator.

Excellent location - easy to reach from the airport as the S9 goes right to Savignyplatz which is only a 5-10minute walk away from hotel. Shops close by, along with restaurants, and also close to bus stops and U-Bahn. WiFi is free, easy to connect to, and decent speed. Rooms are clean and spacious and I found the beds very comfy. Plenty of spare pillows/bedding if needed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They speak English but were also willing to humour my not-so-great German, which I am very grateful for. :)
It's not the Ritz, so if you're looking for luxury then this isn't it, but great value for what I paid and had everything I could want and need. Would definitely look to book here again if I come back to Berlin.
Because of the location it can be a little noisy, but this didn't matter too much to me personally, and I expected that considering it's in the middle of shopping district in a capital city. But if you're someone who is a very light sleeper/sensitive to noise than perhaps consider a different part of Berlin.
I think my only feedback would be that the luggage room could be a little more secure. We had no issues/nothing stolen, and I'm grateful that we were able to store our luggage after checking out at 11 (as our flight wasn't until 9pm!), but we were able to just walk in and take our luggage without speaking to any staff, which is concerning as if we could do it, there would be nothing stopping someone of the street/someone else in the hotel doing it as well.

I liked that even though the check inn time was at 3pm but still they offered to keep my luggage in the lobby under their supervision from 11:00am . It was lovely location , breakfast was good enough. Lovely room.
I did not like when I came at 11:00am they told me check inn time 3:00pm but you can come at 12:00 to take the room and you must pay now, also when I came at 12:00 pm they said wait and they asked for my passport to check on me it was suspicious act other hotels never this to me, and they did not give me the room and when I came at 2:30pm they gave me a paper to fill my information I mean why they did not do everything together everything I come I have to something and wait for a while I did not like the management of the reception it was too hectic and it was awful the way they treated me no body smiles I felt unwelcome and when I told them about it , they said we are sorry we upgraded you but the room seems the same one I saw in the booking.com I did not trust them and did not like the way they are dealing with me.
