Staff were lovely, good amenities and hospitality. The price was good for the location and it was very close to good transport links and a supermarket.
New carpets are needed as they were heavily stained and smelled musty. The bathrooms need some refurbishment. A deep cleaning would be good as well as the bathroom walls had stains and dust. Also two pillows would be ideal as each bed only had one.

Very comfortable and spacious, with a clean bed and good facilities. I appreciated the pool, and even though the water was a bit cold in the morning, we still enjoyed a 10-minute swim. The staff were very friendly, and the location was great, with a metro station right across the street. There are parking spots available, and the area in Berlin felt safe and upscale. Overall, I think it offers good value for money, especially considering the high prices of other hotels nearby.

Dirty room with stained old carpets and bed headboard, barely any pressure in the shower, also the WiFi didn’t have any signal so it disconnected over and over again. I had to use roaming through phone sharing.

Although the ubahn was 3 min from hotel but there is a long 45 min to city centre.

Coffee, cereals and esp the bread were fantastic. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. Receptionist were helpful and waitresses welcoming.
There were no meat free alternatives. We prefer a VEGAN diet and this was poorly catered for, although we enjoyed what we were able to eat.

Exceptional
We only stayed for one night to go to a concert in Zitadelle Spandau and this hotel was perfect for that location-wise. We particularly enjoyed the pool because it was a hot summer day. Amazing range for breakfast (but it was quite expensive).
