Large room, refrigerator, kettle, tea and coffee are refilled daily, the nicest view to a blooming chestnut tree in the yard, quiet, clean and well kept. Excellent breakfast! Central location in a sense near an U-bahn and bus stops. Great atmosphere, very responsive staff. Not my first time in this hotel, it only got better.

Was able to do online check-in which made getting our key cards a lot easier. Staff were extremely pleasant to deal with, from the check in staff to the bar staff. Room was very clean, and housekeeping always did a fantastic job at keeping the room clean and well stocked. Facilities were excellent. Room and bathroom were very accessible, and made life much easier for my partner to use. Brilliant location, with 3 restaurants, a burger stand and 2 currywurst stands literally outside the front door. The hotel is very close to Wittenbergplatz U-Bahan station and within less than 20 minutes you can be in central Berlin.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent — the location, the staff, and the breakfasts! The hotel is very conveniently located: the metro station is just across the street, bus stops are only a few steps away, and there are many shops nearby. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I would especially like to mention Marina — she was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to her! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
The only small detail is that some amenities usually expected in a four-star hotel were not provided, particularly in the bathroom (such as slippers and bathrobes). However, this did not affect our overall experience.
