Excellent location, within easy reach of bars, shops and restaurants, plus well connected for the U Bahn. Bright airy room, good bathroom, and friendly helpful staff. Some good cafés around which we used for breakfast, rather than pay €25pp.
Rooms are a little compact, and we needed to leave the windows ajar or it got stuffy quite quickly.

The location was excellent- we were staying to take part in the Berlin Half Marathon - there is a train station and bus stop opposite the hotel - allowing us to travel on public transport all over the city. The KaDeVe shopping centre was across the street and good German and Italian restaurants adjacent to the hotel
The rooms, bathrooms and breakfast were all excellent.
We stayed at this hotel due to proximity to the Berlin Half Marathon - unfortunately the bar was closed on the day of the Half Marathon - so we could not celebrate our success - but it did not seem to open again the next evening either - which was disappointing. It meant we took our business elsewhere.
Other than that the hotel was excellent.

The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, helped us so kindly with anything we needed. Really clean spacious room. So nice to be able to hire the hotel bikes and great to be able to organise a late check out.
Nothing really - perhaps would have had the breakfast if it were a bit cheaper

The room was very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was superb. Staff were very friendly and the location very convenient, close to public transport.
The only thing I missed was a gym or small sports room. There are city bikes for rent though.

Very Good
The rooms are nice, the bathroom is modern and the shower is fantastic. Also, the location is great both for shopping and for the metro station. Added to that, the staff were lovely and very accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious with healthy options too.
I would have liked a desk and a better place to hang my clothes. And maybe the laundry service could have been clearer, but I only tried once.
