The rooms were really clean and spacious. The location is perfect for easy access to anywhere in the city centre.
The property advertises itself as having parking. However, they just have public (paid) parking - so there really is no parking at all. I don't think that a hotel that doesn't actually have a facility should be able to list itself as having one on your site. That would be like saying you have a swimming pool because you could go to a leisure centre nearby...!

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and accommodation spotless. Didn’t really need anything when there but did request an iron board and this was brought to room straight away. Location is perfect, I had actually booked as was having surgery at the med plast hospital so the proximity I couldn’t have got any closer but the location was also an ideal spot for the u bahn just over the road, a little supermarket and other shops, cafes and restaurants all around the hotel. Even if I wasn’t having surgery I would choose this hotel for visiting Berlin and I have booked this hotel again for when I return in October. We had a balcony room which was nice to be able to have door open for fresh air when recovering from surgery

Great location, right by the tube station. Large rooms and excellent shower
The reception team were abysmal, the person who checked us in had clearly had no training in guest relations, not even a smile offered, let alone how was your journey!
On the second day, our room was not cleaned, nit a big issues, I called reception and informed them, I said the only thing I really needed was towels - to which the reply was, we have some at reception of you would
Like to come and get them. I was shocked and said so. The reply came back with we will deliver towels to your room of you wish!

Everything. Located in a area with lots of restaurants. Staff are very helpful. Aircon is quiet and bed is comfortable. However if you like the funky aide of berlin which is north of the city then you will have to hop on the train. Not much trouble.

Enjoyed my stay at the Mercure. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. My room was spacious, clean and had great amenities including water, fridge, safe, kettle with a good selection of teas and coffee. They even came each day to check if I needed more water or teas. The accommodation is a short train into Berlin city centre or if you are like me and like to get your steps in, you could walk through Tiergarten which is beautiful. There are restaurants and cafés close by, would highly recommend Grapery for fresh and delicious food, and a free ATM withdrawal on the right-hand side across the road from the hotel. Would definitely stay again.
