Rhe friendly and courteousness 9f the staff. i had problem with cash to make payment, and the check8ng staff allowed me in and directed to where I shouls change my forex. Also, the lady at the bar was exceptional, very warm and friendly.
The absence of body lotion and iron to personalky press my shirts.

Location was fantastic! Subway is just infront of the hotel and the hotel is by the KaDeWe. Our room was spacious enough for two adults. Reception is open for 24 hrs and receptionists were really helpful and welcoming.
Small things suchs as tv was not connected to internet, there were no mugs even though there were complimentary tea/coffe. Bed and pillows were not the greatest but it was good enough.
