Location is right next to the metro and the shopping street. There are also lots of both local and international cuisine restaurants right at the entrance of the hotel, along with street food options.
The room itself is nice, but very compact and small, unlike what it looked like in the pictures.

Brilliant location opposite the U-Hahn and next to KaDaWe for upmarket shopping. Close to the Tiergarten (10 min walk). Lovely breakfast and our room had a comfortable chair, fridge and small balcony. Ceiling height is good so rooms feel bright and airy. Immaculately clean. Staff friendly and helpful in every case.
The toiletries were a bit basic. No body lotion or shower caps. Could easily have been a bit more luxurious for the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially loved the beautiful hydrangea flowers in the inner courtyard—they were in full bloom and could be seen from both sides of the restaurant. It was such a pleasure to enjoy their view during breakfast each morning
The breakfast was generally good. However, there were many dishes that were barely touched, especially various mixtures of cheese, mayonnaise, vegetables, and other ingredients that I couldn’t really identify. I would prefer a smaller selection of higher-quality items rather than a large variety that goes to waste.

Personnel was very good and helpful.
There was a request from our side about diving of bed in room, and the answer was positive to the request, but it was not provided from hotel. Furthermore there was not replacing of towels (even if they were put away on the floor). A filling of hand soap was not done.
