The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and had air conditioning. The shower was amazing. We loved having a refrigerator in the room, a rarity in Europe. The location was awesome. Lots of restaurants and shopping close to the hotel.
The artwork on the wall and in the bathroom was creepy. (Rm 215) It was a giant photograph of a young girl staring. The same photo was used in giant size in the room and smaller in the bathroom on glass so it looked both ways at the sink and the shower.

Large room, refrigerator, kettle, tea and coffee are refilled daily, the nicest view to a blooming chestnut tree in the yard, quiet, clean and well kept. Excellent breakfast! Central location in a sense near an U-bahn and bus stops.
Great atmosphere, very responsive staff. Not my first time in this hotel, it only got better.

Love the location, 2 minutes from KaDeWe, surrounded by good restaurants, best of all is all fashions brands are minutes walk..
subway station is also minutes away, bus stop in front of kadewe. Taxi is easy..

One of the best locations in Berlin next to all major shops, transportation and entertainment, great walking accessibility, clean well designed functional hotel, very comfortable room, excellent value to price ratio!
I would use softer pillows and bigger blankets, other than that the room are nicely designed pleasant and comfortable.

I loved that it was centrally located so I was able to walk to many places from where we were.
I hate the parking situation because there’s a few park houses, but it’s kinda difficult to navigate while driving because they’re a bit far from the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Hotel Berlin Wittenbergplatz. The location is amazing for exploring the city and close to many attractions, shops, and public transport.
The staff were very kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring Berlin.
Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Rhe friendly and courteousness 9f the staff. i had problem with cash to make payment, and the check8ng staff allowed me in and directed to where I shouls change my forex. Also, the lady at the bar was exceptional, very warm and friendly.
The absence of body lotion and iron to personalky press my shirts.
