Great location for visiting the sights of Berlin, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet, no traffic noise. Room was very comfortable and I loved the styling of the hotel.
Lack of English speaking channels in the TV and I could not connect my device to the TV. Had a room at the back with no view, but this did make the room very quiet. The air conditioning didn't seem to respond well to the controls, despite increasing the temp and reducing the fan it was still blowing too cold, so had to turn off and open the window,

Very comfortable bed great location right next to the metro station.
- I think a coffee machine in the room would have added to the quality of the stay.
- My stay lasted for three nights and he only replaced it once with tea and coffee bags, which was very annoying.

The staff always happy to help. Amazing restaurants the moment you walk out and absolutely anything you would think of at the HUGE shopping complex only steps away. Or go for a walk in any direction and find other shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Is a nice walk to the zoo.
Eating outside with the wasps/bees but this is nothing the hotel can change.
