Very uncomfortable pillows and we informed the staff about a dirty bed skirt and asked for it to be cleaned but nothing happened. We did not mind as we only staying 2 nights but it was still not a nice experience.

Everything was very clean and well organized. There was a coffee machine, and the staff refilled the capsules and drinks every day.
We stayed at the hotel in early October. Although the weather outside was mild, the heating system had already been activated and there was no option to use air conditioning or a fan. As a result, the room became uncomfortably warm and we had difficulty sleeping. We tried to cool the room by opening the windows, which did help somewhat, but the noise from the main street where our room was located was extremely disruptive due to constant traffic throughout the night.
We contacted the front desk to request a solution and were informed that there was no way to adjust the room temperature, nor were there any alternative rooms available away from the street. No effective solution was offered. After further insistence, the staff member took my contact details and said someone would get back to us during the day. Unfortunately, no one followed up.
On another evening, our sink became clogged because the stopper had gotten stuck. We approached the lobby staff, who informed us she was working alone and that no one was available to assist. She said she might check on it later, but no one came until the following day around noon. In the meantime, we had to empty the sink manually using a cup in order to keep using it. Again, there was no real attempt by the staff to address the issue.
Overall, the main problem with this hotel is the clear lack of staff and the lack of concern for guest comfort. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we do not recommend this hotel.

BOTH ROOM SERVICE AND BREAKFAST DOWNSTAIRS ON THE PREMISES WAS FANTASTIC, REALLY ENJOYED! PLENTY OF OPTIONS AND FOOD. THE JUICES WERE A PLUS AND PLENTY OF COFFEE CHOICES/TEA.
SINCE I AM FROM THE STATES, THE AC WAS TRICKY...NEEDED MORE AIR IN THE ROOM. IT WAS STILL A GOOD STAY.

Very comfortable bed great location right next to the metro station.
- I think a coffee machine in the room would have added to the quality of the stay.
- My stay lasted for three nights and he only replaced it once with tea and coffee bags, which was very annoying.
