Great location, close to transport, a selection of restaurants and grocery store.
Renovations were being carried out during our stay, not sure if this was the reason there wasn’t many amenities available eg, no guest kitchen or laundry facilities. Also, we were staying in a 6 person room, which included a double bed in a loft which was accessible via a very steep and narrow staircase with no handrail which was a bit dangerous.

The room was clean and it was very spacious. The hotel is located right in front of an s-bahn station so transportation around Berlin is very easy. There was free bread offered every day and the staff were attentive.
We were not warned that the water supply was cut off on the day of check out, so it was very inconvinient when in the morning we tried to get ready to go out and there was no water. I found it excessive and disrispectful, as nobody mentioned this was going to happen at any point during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently close to public transport, and many cool attractions are within walking distance. The staff are welcoming, there is a delicious breakfast, and the rooms are clean.
No A/C, mini-fridge, or electric kettle in the room. WiFi wasn't always stable.

Very close to subway, you can walk around, few pubs and restaurants around, the place was pretty warm, and we liked it because outside was freezing!
