Grat staff, very helpful. My nephew wasn't feeling well and they kindly provided us a room despite the early check-in. Receptionists have all been very kind, helpful and friendly. Human experience was great!
Despite being a new hotel, TV isn't SMART. Only 11 local channels, no international channels and we could not connect our devices to the TV (screenmirroing wasn't possible either). This is a shame, it's very difficult nowadays to buy new TVs without the SMART component (netflix, etc)... but they managed! It prevents to relax a bit after a long day out visiting. Also the stairs going up and down from the mezzanine can be quite dangerous (steep and very narrow) for children and aged people.

This room was very clean, comfy and it had a wonderful view on the streets of Berlin. It was very well located, a few steps away from public transport and sufficiently in the city centre, with plenty to do nearby. The check-in and check-out went smoothly and the staff were smiley and welcoming. I definitely recommend for a short stay !
The room was a little on the small side, but for a short stay it was largely sufficient !

Very convenient and central location - tram and S-bahn stops just outside and a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Walking distance to mainstream monuments. Very nice and helpful personnel. Flexible check-in and someone was always available. Possible to store your luggage after check-out. Overall, very good price for what you get.
Our room was a loft that was a bit inconvenient regarding the space on the upper space, where the main bed was. There were not enough hand towels for us and also the body shower wash was finished, so we had to request those from the reception. A small fridge would have been handy.
