Hotel is very good but Staff was not helpful, they were kept me stayed in reception to solve the Payment matter. They took more than an hour to send online link for payment while i was offering to pay via cash.

Excellent position for tube....straight out front door! Tram also straight out front door. Staff very helpful. Plenty of pubs and restaurants without having to go far. Good size room and bathroom Fresh towels every day
No tea/coffee making facilities in room Hotel bar never seemed to be open, attempted to go into it 3 times. Once it had just closed at 10pm ghe other 2 times all locked up. The hotel itself was having work done on it so lots of places were not 100%

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I stayed in a 6 bedroom dorm that had a shower and separate toilet.

Good staff, good location, very clean rooms.
In the bathroom and at the washbasin, the water was not draining, and it was accumulating. Also, the room was too small for 8 people in my opinion. It would be better if it were for 6 people.
