Our room was clean and new ! Bathroom and toilet well cleaned and completed with all necessities. The atmosphere was good .The staff was friendly and the location perfect.
The second-floor corridor could benefit from a bit of freshening up, and the lift might need some work.

Very well located, the museum's Island is just 8 minutes walking. It is very nice decorated.
It was not possible to keep your luggage without an extra payment.

The location to visit Berlin near Sophienstrasse and Musuem island. The room comfortable
Renovation project : we didn't know the hotel was in renovation and we had to use stairs for luggages the first day. Entrance different quite each day du to the renovation project. No parking free or chip near the hotel.

The hotel was very nice and spacious. We got an 8 person room with 4 people, which was nice. The room was modern. The staff was very friendly and very helpful!
The tram station outside was very loud early in the morning, which woke everyone up. The bathroom is a bit small.

Cleaning staff was really nice (blonde German girl). Good location
Completely unacceptable. We checked in to the hotel and when we got to the room we realized that there was no remote control for the AC. The room was extremely hot (close to 40 Celsius) and the window also does not open fully. We talked to the reception guys and got the news that the AC was not working (this was the first feedback we got). They did not give any prior notice when checking in (even though they knew that) and said that there was no upgrade , downgrade option, refund or discount. When I tried to dispute that, they changed the discourse and started saying that the AC was not included in our reservation. If this was the first feedback, I guess that we wouldn’t be as upset/confused.On top of that we had to pay 20 euros for a fan (refundable at the end of our stay). We got 2 of them. One of them was also not working. Completely unacceptable and awful experience. All of this happened on the first day.

Nice location, easy to take bus or metal or other transportation to visit the city.
Room has not enough space for 4 person with luggage. You have no seat ,just you bed. A little bit noisy at night even window closed.
