The room was clean and it was very spacious. The hotel is located right in front of an s-bahn station so transportation around Berlin is very easy. There was free bread offered every day and the staff were attentive.
We were not warned that the water supply was cut off on the day of check out, so it was very inconvinient when in the morning we tried to get ready to go out and there was no water. I found it excessive and disrispectful, as nobody mentioned this was going to happen at any point during our stay.

Very close to subway, you can walk around, few pubs and restaurants around, the place was pretty warm, and we liked it because outside was freezing!

The location was absolutely perfect.
It was just after Christmas so it was very cold and we had no heating in our room. They gave us an extra blanket each. Ask asked to be compensated and we only received 10% back from our accomodation. I didn’t feel this was adequate considering how cold it was.

best hostel in berlin. convinient traffic, there's a tram station infront of the hostel. staff are nice, the price is very decent. comfy room you can stay whole day.
