Excellent location. Right in the heart of the city. Easy access to tourist destinations
Though it was shown in Booking.com it's ok to accommodate my child of 15 years, the reception forced us to book another room on the spot. Travellers beware. Be prepared for these unexpected forced expenditure. However it was possible to accommodate a family of four in a room with a big double bed and two bunk beds. The kitchen and all food options close down after breakfast.

Good staff, good location, very clean rooms.
In the bathroom and at the washbasin, the water was not draining, and it was accumulating. Also, the room was too small for 8 people in my opinion. It would be better if it were for 6 people.

Very clean and easy to get to. Other than the construction noise all else was good. Of course there was no air conditioner and the room was very hot.

The room was very clean. The price was good for a room for 5.
We arrive early after a long trip and they could not give us the room before. We have to wait at 3 pm , the time of check in. In general, sometimes there are exceptions. In addition, they are rebuilding the reception so there is a bit unconfortable for when you are in vacation. The breakfast was more expensive than other countries. We did not take it. Thanks.

Great location. Very cool three bed room, 2 beds were in a loft. It has a lovely outdoor courtyard area with seating. Friendly, helpful staff.
So it is under construction right now: July 2025. Courtyard area is not accessible- staging materials etc there. Worse, the air conditioning is not working. They supplied a fan immediately, but we have 2 levels in our room so we should have asked for 2. The fifth floor has an outer pane of glass with less than 1cm of opening outside our windows. This did not allow for air circulation to cool the room at night. It also reflects all the noise of adjoining rooms right back into ours and our noise into their rooms. Not sure why it is built this way. None of this would be an issue in cooler weather, with shut windows, and I expect the air conditioning will work fine when construction is complete.

The hotel is conveniently close to public transport, and many cool attractions are within walking distance. The staff are welcoming, there is a delicious breakfast, and the rooms are clean.
No A/C, mini-fridge, or electric kettle in the room. WiFi wasn't always stable.
