Perfect location. Very close to S-Bahn and Tram line, Museums. Very helpful and kind reseption personel. They are in service 7-24. They also provide a free towel for each guest. WC was super clean and cleaned every day.
I think each bed needs an electrical outlet nearby the reading light.

If you want to pay at the hostel, only credit cards are accepted. But this warning isn't written anywhere. This put me in a very difficult situation. They weren't helpful at all.

Great location! The staff was very nice and friendly, I loved how close the hotel is from so many historical places to see, the room was very clean and the room service was always checking which was a plus, great environment.

Good location, right by the subway and tram. About 10min walk to Museum Island. The dorm and bathroom had been recently renovated, so everything was pretty new and clean.
