The location of the hotel is perfect and it is in a nice part of the city. The bed was comfortable and, when we were able to speak to the staff, they were very nice and helpful.
There were a few small problems or issues during our short stay. We stayed in 'The Cosy', and it is just that. There was no small wardrobe or locker to put clothes into but there was also no space or even a suitcase stand to put a suitcase, which meant our suitcase had to be on the floor of the already small room and we had to keep our belongings in the suitcase for the duration of our stay - perhaps this was explained in the 'Room details' when we booked but I didn't see it. We needed to talk to the staff about something at one point, and we had to wait for at least 10 minutes at reception for someone to come along. When we checked in we had to pay an additional €100 deposit for anything we might have taken out of the minibar, or used it to pay for breakfast - this is or wasn't a big deal but we weren't told about this when we booked, or before we arrived to the hotel. This deposit was refunded, of course but it took a day or two.

Stylish yet budget-friendly hotel. The room was spotless and peaceful. The staff were incredibly polite and lovely.
The bed wasn't very comfortable (too short with oversized pillows). The room had a window into the bathroom, meaning everything was perfectly visible and audible. The shower with a fabric curtain was extra small — it was impossible to turn around, and water splashed everywhere on the floor.

The hotel is absolutely a diamond! The stuff was very kind and friendly. The room was very good,even though i was afraid that it would be small it was perfect for a couple! The temperature in the room was very good and the most important it was very very clean! They cleaned the room every day! The location was good and the neighbourhood was filled with a lot of choices for shopping, eating and coffee! Congratulations! The coffee store inside the hotel has amazing coffee and bites and Sarah is gorgeous!☺️
The only negative i have to emphasise to,is that the rooms are not soundproof..in the room next to ours there were some kids that they were laughing and make a lot of noise after midnight…probably not the hotels problem..but i have to say it!
