Quirky room,great pressure in shower. fab breakfast in the morning. A little further out of centre Berlin than expected but very accessible via train. Staff very helpful with directions / information etc

The hotel is absolutely a diamond! The stuff was very kind and friendly. The room was very good,even though i was afraid that it would be small it was perfect for a couple! The temperature in the room was very good and the most important it was very very clean! They cleaned the room every day! The location was good and the neighbourhood was filled with a lot of choices for shopping, eating and coffee! Congratulations! The coffee store inside the hotel has amazing coffee and bites and Sarah is gorgeous!☺️
The only negative i have to emphasise to,is that the rooms are not soundproof..in the room next to ours there were some kids that they were laughing and make a lot of noise after midnight…probably not the hotels problem..but i have to say it!

Room was nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and location very good.
Breakfast was really tasty and good portions, however not a relaxed experience in that hotel customers have to battle for tables, especially at weekends, with the public who also use the restaurant. Rang down a few times to try and reserve a breakfast table, as instructed, but often told it was a 45 min wait or to go down right away so can impact other plans you have for the day. Only one mirror in the room which was above the bathroom sink, could have done with another full length.
