Very Good
The hotel location is really nice – it's super easy to get there from the main train station.
There are also stops for buses and subway, so you can get everywhere you want.
Rooms are quite spacious, breakfast is nothing super special, but still good.
Good wi-fi connection, bath robes and slippers for free.
I was a bit disappointing that drinks in minibar were not free and quite expensive.
Apart of it there is nothing really to complain about.

Breakfast is more or less OK. Also I'd say there were enough underground parking slots. Also location of it was good. But like I chose that location, so it's not a surprise
all the rest
- Place they call 'Gym' is about 4 square meters. My wardrobe is biggers
- 'Spa' zone as the try to name it was the ugliest one. Like it looked like just Soviet army built it on 1980, then left it and hotel management decided to leave it like that. They just build new sauna, the rest left untouched - very old tiles on the wall, creepy photo wallpapers near the pool, wardrobe from late 80s, around 10 seats for 8+ floor hotel. Like literary the cheapest public pool in Poland looks 10x fresher and pretty
- you have to pay for sleepers and bathrobe, even this 'Spa' is included
- they took off mini-bar from the room and placed items on 0 floor behind the reception and called it 'mini bar in another way'
- the room was different than on a photo. On a photo it's nice and clean. But in real life you see that it was used very often, it's old and like really used. Looked like from early 2000x
- no instructions on how to find parking
- one bottle of water even the booking was for two person

LOCATION & BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST .WE HAD THE TIME TO USE THE POOL,AND THE SAUNA WHICH WE HAVE ENJOYED VERY MUCH.
The sauna was too small and only one cabin.We had to wait for others to finish and we had to rush with ours to give chance for others to use.The hotel is quiet big,a lot of space more sauna cabins can be built.

Our room was spacious, clean and cozy breakfast various, spa is nice, service is great, especially woman at reception, called Evgenia gave us a special treatment and made her best to fulfill our request. Hotel is very close to all main sights.
And on my birthday a bottle of champagne in ice was waiting in our room, very pleasant and touching!!!

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Wonderful breakfast, wellness, beautiful lobby. Staff was amazing too. Very polite and professional at the reception. Staff was excellent during breakfast also. And staff at the restaurant and bar, including the manager during Christmas period, were very professional, polite. I stayed for 6 nights with my family with small kids and can say it was absolutely great!!!

The reception staff were truly wonderful—very helpful and always friendly. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Servet for his exceptional attention and support. He took great care of us throughout our stay, and we are sincerely grateful to him.
If I visit Berlin again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Even though we came during winter and the weather was cold, the room was perfectly warm.
The location was also excellent and very convenient.
