Very nice breakfast and very kind staff. The Hotel room looked a little old, but everything works fine.
Good location for an extended weekend in Berlin.
The bed itself was good, but the pillows were too soft for me personally. But I also understand that it can be hard to find pillows suitable for everyone’s preferences.

Great sized room with lots of space for clothes. Big windows that opened.
An iron and ironing board in the room would have been helpful.
Although plentiful, I’ve had better breakfast offerings in other hotels.

This hotel is in a very good location in central Berlin. It was clean and rooms were very cosy and comfortable

One of the best hotels we have stayed in so how can it only be four stars? We could not fault anything about the hotel and its staff. We would have no hesitation in staying at any of their hotels. The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay.

Great location and very helpful staff. We could walk to all the main things that we wanted to see. Very comfortable hotel.
No USB points in room to charge phone. I asked to borrow a charger from reception but they were all in use as they only have a few, so no on-site way to charge a phone. Bring your own charger and an adapter if coming from UK!
