The Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The hotel facilities were very good. The location to Friedrichstrasse Bahnhof and all major transport routes made getting around Berlin very easy and convenient.

The sauna and steam room and the fact they gave my brother champagne for his birthday and we didn't even let them know so a complete surprise

Well located for museums and public transport very accessible. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. The Checkpoint Restaurant served nice meals with the help of a friendly robot which was very amusing.
Check in and out was slow and queues built up. A bit frustrating as we had a train to catch after checking out. After a few minutes we left our keys on the counter and rushed for our train. We were a little anxious as Berlin station is very large and the layout is confusing.

Location was good, really close from the Brandenburg gate
Facilities were old, no queen/king bed. Instead two full beds placed together and individual bed clothings

Location was the main reason I choose to stay in this hotel. All the main attractions was within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Pool was of good size. More likely will stay again.
The design and furniture is very outdated. Definitely need some redecoration, new theme.

Location felt safe, easily accessible. Staff were friendly and attentive to any concerns.
Hotel felt dated and defunct. Room was facing indoor courtyard which let to many mosquitos if window was left open. Left with multiple bug bites. Mini fridge smelled and was dirty.

They didn't change the coffee glasses.
They didn't change sheets.
They didn't put any napkins except the first day.
The brackfast was too expensive and the hotel was expensive without brackfast.
