Very Good
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good and we could walk to different locations and the S Bahn easily. I enjoyed using the swimming pool and steam room.
I felt the breakfast was expensive, so I did not eat in the hotel.

We really liked the hotel, it is spacious and in a great location, ideal for exploring most of the city on foot, so we didn't need to use transport. There is a supermarket near the hotel and good transport links to and from the city /train, metro, bus.../, as well as a connection to the airport. The room was clean, spacious, there was plenty of space for things. The beds are comfortable and spacious, the bed linen and towels are white and soft. The street is quiet and allowed us to sleep well. The breakfast was great, lots of salty and sweet options. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water in the pool was warm and the pool could be used until 10 pm, which allowed for a relaxing swim after an active walk around the city. We have no complaints and all praise for this hotel, which we would choose again if we came to Berlin.
The only thing missing are slippers for the room and a bathrobe for the pool /this is paid for additionally/. Maybe just a larger selection of fresh salads and cakes for breakfast.

Very nice hotel. What I liked best was the downtown location, the delicious breakfast with an array of choices, the room, and the pool.
The only problem with the pool facility was that I couldn't find separate locker rooms for women and men.

I chose this hotel because of the location to the station, restaurants, supermarket and tourist spots (Brandenberg Gate) and we weren’t disappointed. We stayed in a comfort room. It was bright, airy and modern with tea and coffee facilities, large tv screen and it felt nice and roomy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I thought breakfast was good value with a lot of options from continental to cooked. I think they catered to most needs.
Nothing negative to say! The hotel fitted our needs well.

Room service food was terrible! Rooms not cleaned when asked. One week stay and had to ask for clean towels. A couple mornings very noisy at an early hour. Room service food expensive and horrible. Not sheets provided for second bed in family suite. Lobby nice but rooms are old and need updating. Air conditioning did not keep room cool enough!! Would not stay there again!
