Someone was available to help us check in. I liked that the hotel had a cafe/deli and restaurant on site.
Also, the ability to do some laundry was a plus. We also loved our view and that the air conditioning was good.
It was a super hot time in Berlin when we were staying there.
I can't think of anything we did not like.
We would stay here again!

The rooms are very spacious and I loved the balcony. The cafe staff were very helpful in storing our bags before we were able to check-in.

Wonderful staff, good location
Steril and uncomfortable interior. Floor is epoxy (like a car garage) and the shower is one step above the sleeping area. No matter what you do, water spills down to the sleeping area.

Someone met us from the cafe & was welcoming - we appreciated that. It is mostly an automated reception, so it was nice that a young man saw us on arrival and came to welcome us.
There is a cafe attached, open most of the day for coffees etc, though we didn't use it, and a restaurant attached on the other side, which some people may have found helpful.
The area has a nice "vibe", being near many varied eating establishments, and lots of younger people around.
We felt it was a nice area to be staying, and about 10 mins walk to the main station at Alexanderplatz.
The room had a large window overlooking a shopping/cafe area and intersection with traffic and bikes - we found that very pleasant, when we were relaxing and watching the world go by.
Overall, we both felt the room was a bit functional and shabby, and not worth the money, though it did have a little kitchen with all we needed, and that was clean. It had the rather trendy sink and shower unit, open to the room, which had been described in other reviews, so we were prepared, but there were limited hooks to dry the towels or underfloor towel when you left the shower, and so they looked messy and weren't fully dry on our return to the room. The lights were rather dim in the evening (no central light) and the floors were hard and cold underfoot. We tried the TV for Netflix, but could hardly hear it from the bed - the volume appeared to be fixed to a very quiet setting. Also the Air Con worked, but again was fixed to a setting we could barely feel in the bedroom area.
The corridors and lifts were also shabby and could do with more TLC.
I think it might suit a young couple or friends, who are not bothered too much about the little accommodation luxuries which help others to relax.

Location was great and the room was a great size
No person was available at check in and I arrived quite early. Nobody could let me know if an earlier check-in would have been available and even an hour or two would have been helpful. Nobody in the bar could give any answers…just took my bag and told me to enjoy the beautiful day. It was indeed a gorgeous day but I hadn’t had a minute of sleep the night before and this impersonal reception was super depressing and disappointing

Paulina , Kata, Kate, Apurv & crew bring Latin American, Indian & American charm and hospitality to the reception area.
Room is well designed with kitchenette Including refrigerator, microwave, dishes & cutlery, ample closet storage, work desk, water closet, functional modern vanity, and a full-sized shower with excellent design and utility.
Location is 1 of the best in Berlin; 7 m to Ubahn , Sbahn stations at Alexanderplatz, and endless restaurants nearby.
Room with Balcony is a bonus for me; but not all rooms have balconies, so you'll need to ask for it
Entry to modern new gym across the street is included.
Quick coffee and croissant available downstairs inside building is convenient.
Need to post instructions on usage of washing machines in the essential's area
$25€ early check-in fee

The hotel was within a few blocks of each of the tours we had selected. It was also an easy walk to the metro system so it was easy enough to get to the train station. There was always someone at the reception desk to help with questions.
I wish they had umbrellas available to borrow or even rent.

I wasn’t exactly a fan of the contactless check in, but the staff located in the cafe solved the issue I was having without any problems.

Great location, close to many local sights, restaurants and lots of things to do nearby. It was clean and facilities are great. Having a fridge was great as well.
It was close to a road so a little bit noisy, but that is somehow to be expected in such a great Central location.
I would not stay with another person because of how open plan the shower is, but for a solo stay it was all great

I prefer to talk to human being in the reception. The reception is automatic and it’s not nice for welcoming.
