The Deluxe room was exceptional. Windows in the bedroom and a nice patio off of the living area. The heated bathroom flooring was also very nice feature.
All of the staff, especially Lea, were very accommodating and nice.
Daily bottled water in the rooms.

Even though the design of the hotel is not our style and is a bit dated, the hotel exceeded our expectations a lot. The room was huge, perfect for family stay. Balcony was also nice. The hotel is not crowded and feels very exclusive for the guest. The pool was great, even for kids. Also, the steam room and sauna was really convenient. Perfect cleanliness and very attentive staff. The parking garage is for reasonable price and is just across the street. I would just make sure you dont open your trunk fully in the garage as the ceiling is low (and we scratched our car a bit), but it was our mistake.
Also very good location of the hotel close to the Adenauer metro station and lot of restaurants and shops.
We didn't use breakfast, as there is plenty of options nearby to get some breakfast or coffee.

Richard was our first contact at the Hotel, he was very polite, educated, informed us of every little thing to do in the hotel or even the area, booked me a hair salon appointment in the hair salon next to them, he told us he was working there only for a short time but was much nicer than the other two man that where there for a long time. Super classy and eager to help that is what make a difference when you arrive in a hotel the service you get, this is a small boutique hotel, really good location, the spa and pool area are amazing, the rooms are very tidy and clean and have a really nice size when you travel with family, the breakfast was really good and the breakfast rooms are very classy, my only concern is during summer I see two portable units for AC ...and that to me is not so nice in a boutique hotel. also the reception when you arrive pretty much you open the door and land in a reception that makes no justify to the elegance of the hotel, it look ugly and not classy and next to it a glasss door with another office full of books for book keeping or management a nice and classy reception that matches the hotel will really give another feeling when you arrive, Ill give a zero to the look of the reception .
The hotel is really noice and charming , the stairs and the look is very elegant and chic only the reception area is horrible and not in style it doesn't match the place.

The hotel was really beatiful and unique, room was remarkable, big, clean, with high walls and comfortable bed. Staff, all the people working at this hotel were very nice and professional. At Louisa's place we experienced the highest level of service. The location was also great. The only thing that we would like to be changed is the temperature in the swimming pool. It should be a little bit warmer. Because of kids, I was looking only for hotel with pool so it was really important aspect for us. One little hint also about breakfast - it was enjoyable, lots of fresh and testy food, however there should be more vegetables, especially green food, like lettuce or rucola. Staff at breakfasy was also extremly nice and professional. In a nutshel, I can recommend this hotel and would like come back one day with my family (but please heat up a bit a pool!:)). Thank you very much dear Louisa's place for amazing stay.
