Wonderful
I liked the fact that the hotel was very close both to Alexanderplatz and Prenzlaeur Berg, with lots of restaurants and cafés, a wonderful park nearby and a lot more...
I wish the room had been bigger; the last time I had stayed there, I was a guest of the Goethe Institut and the rooms we were allocated were truly spacious and enjoyable. This time the room was quite tight, but very decent.

Room spacious enough for a couple + child. In my opinion a little cramped for three adults. The facilities in the room are luxurious and high quality. The room cleaning showed high reliability. Equipment that was forgotten without my knowledge during one of the days was placed and found by the cleaning staff without me having to inform them about the loss. Excellent insulation from the outside cold
The shower flow was a little weak. The room windows open only slightly and to a limited extent. Could be better

Very Good
Clean room, quiet hotel, good service, good food at breakfast, well we expected more variety of food. The hotel is near to the center, was very close to some Christmas markets.
There wasn’t a toaster or over or heater for the bread at the breakfast area.
We would like to get the bread fresh and re-heated.
The room is crowded, it was hard to put our stuffs

Loved the location and the design of the rooms.
It was really hot inside our room even though it wasn’t too hot outside (19-25 C). The AC was not really working properly.

The staff were up to our demands and helped with luggage weight. In addition they gave us a unique arrival after request.
Location wasn’t as good as I thought it to be. While it is close to prenzlauer berg and friedrichshein, it isn’t as close to Alexanderplatz

Disappointing
I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. The bed was dirty, and it made the whole stay uncomfortable. The linens did not feel fresh, and it seemed like the room had not been properly cleaned. I cannot recommend this place to others and will not return.

The breakfast was very varied, delicious and filling, the dining room opening hours are very convenient.
The location of the hotel was excellent, a quiet street, 17 minutes walk or 2 tram stops from Alexanderplatz.
I didn't find anything I didn't like, it was perfect.
