Location only
We selected two single beds for our stay and instead we were given a room with two beds stuck together. We asked the stuff and they told us to seperate the beds but there was not enough space to do so. This is not our duty as guests as well.
A day after they’ve told us to switch the rooms but it was too much bother so we stayed.
Also they tell you can have one free drink at the bar but the bar is never available :) I wouldn’t be the one chasing just one free drink but I found this funny.

Great stay at Leonardo Hotel! Breakfast was delicious with many healthy options. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the location is excellent—subway just around the corner.

Wonderful
Leonardo Berlin is a very comfortable, well run hotel conveniently located in the heart of the Charlottenburg district. Easy access to transportation and within walking distance of many good restaurants. A wonderful breakfast buffet is available, rooms are quiet (apart from some street noise) all spaces are clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
On our first night we were awoken around 4 am and kept awake for over an hour by delivery personnel working on the street down below our room. This only occurred on the one night. I'm wondering if the rooms facing away from the street might be quieter.

Breakfast was great, you cannot really expect much better from this category of hotel. Very good cleanliness standards. The neighborhood is a bit further from central Berlin, but easily accessible via U-bahn.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy.
There were a lot of stains ranging in size from small to very large on the carpet in the room. The staff also repetadly knocked on the room door hours before check out on the check out day and walking away before we could open it which was strange.

It’s a clean, quiet hotel with nice large rooms.
The location is slightly removed from the major attractions of Berlin (at least many of sites that interest me). It is very close to a metro station and other transit, at least.
The room could’ve used a mini fridge for keeping beverages chilled.

This hotel did everything well. Onlt bad thing is long cab ride to airport is expensive.

The room service was not good. During the three days, they didn’t change the sheets even once, and our sheets, which had gotten dirty from eating fruit on the bed, remained dirty for the entire three days.

Great location on a few miles out from main tourist attractions and get there on e-bike or e-scooters within 30 min or less
