Great location, nice spacious room and very friendly staff.
Shower (in the bathtub) was difficult to get in and out. The bed was not very comfortable, it seemed like the mattress was too thin.

Location is ideal for exploring central Berlin, museum island and mitte in particular. Good links to public transport, nice shops bars and restaurants nearby. No noise from street. Staff helpful.

staff were friendly
pillows and mattress managed to be both too
soft and too firm, neither was 4 star quality. The woman who turned up in the courtyard and sung every morning at 06.20 was probably the worst but, want a lie in, don't stay here.

The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable as well. For what my family and I needed we were able to get around very easily as the hotel is close to many public transport systems. They also provided water and treats in the lobby which was a nice touch.
The room is a bit small, with big luggage it can be cramped.

The room was specious. I've stayed at this hotel in a 2-single bed room and it was very small. However, this last time I stayed in a double bed and it was heavely. I have to say that the staff at this hotel is really nice. I broke my ankle just before checking in and they helped me so much! The CONCIERGE was a 5-star hotel professional. He was so helpful as well and so professional. I travelled as single woman and felt very safe. I will come back here.
The plumbing in the toilet was a little smelly so I am not sure what was going on. I couldn't take a shower as I had a broken ankle. Other than that it was fine.
