Very clean on top of Frederickstrasse station .
15 minutes walk to reichsteg building ,brandenburg tor, hitlers bunker ,tiergarten .all next to each other .
30 minutes to topography museum,
Alexanderplatza tv tower 30 minutes walk .
West berlin hours walk but loads of trains trams transport from hotel to get anywhere in berlin .
The hotels spotless rooms lovely beds big comfortable.
Shower toilet decent clean .
Room dead quite .
Tea coffee free in room .
Maid service excellent.
There was issues with lifts not working.
Gym is absolutely useless pointless.
They should put some usable equipment in it few free weights or shut it down.
Utterly pointless.

The location. The hotel was nice and clean
Staff at check in didnt explain anything about the hotel. Just give us the swipe card for the room didn’t bother to point out where the lifts were.

Leonardo Hotel Berlin Mitte is all about location, location, location, which is very central (yet quiet) and close to several places of interest either by foot or public transport. Within easy reach while coming from the airport too. The Bradenburg Tór, the Reichstag, the Museum Island, Unten den Linden, Check Point Charlie are all within the hotel's vicinities. Direct public transport will take you to Prenzlauer Berg, the Mauer Park, the East Side Gallery or Kreuzberg in a few minutes. Mitte is also one of my favourite districts in Berlin, really charming!
Leonardo Hotel is a confortable, nice, brand new, medium-sized hotel. The (double) room is not incredibly big, but it works for two guests. Cleanliness is impecable, beds are really comfy and the wifi works perfectly. Complementary amenities include a bottle of water, a kettle, coffee/tea/cocoa and a fridge.
It is also possible to have breakfast at the hotel; yet, it's a bit expensive and not worth it, particularly considering alternative, amazing places near by (please check e.g., Sag Mir Wo Die Blumen (inspired in Marlene Dietrich's song), Flamingo Fresh Food or Zimt & Zucker by the river Spree).
Lots of good restaurants at walking distance, particularly at Oranienburger Straße and Friedrichstraße (please check Amrit, L´Osteria Berlin AM TACHELES or Jamie Oliver Kitchen, just to name a few). Very central, Oranienburger Straße is also well know for its bars, nightlife and the New Sinagogue.

- Very uncomfortable beds (unreasonably soft) - The room service wakes you up between 8:30 am and 9:00 am even if you put the indicator on the door
- The toilets smell like public toilets even if they look clean

Great location, right next to the station, good comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Staff very helpful and also let us store our luggage
Slightly mouldy corner in bathroom shower and not enough space next to bed. It didn’t cause an issue for us at all, but just letting people know.
