The location is a walking distance to the gay bars, KaDeWe, and other stores for shopping till you drop. The neighborhood is clean and safe walking around at night. Lots of food options nearby. The hotel has a good breakfast buffet.

I like the location.
The facilities are inadequate. We did not have AC for two nights out of our four nights. There was no wifi on our first night. Rooms are only made every other day. There was no table paper napkin.

Great location, large room, plenty of sunlight, high pressure for the shower, and comfortable bed. With the money I apid, I am totally satisfied with what I received. Great value.
The room could have more chairs but I am just being extra critical.

Gutes Stadthotel am Ku'damm mit großen Zimmern und Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Bequeme Matratzen, immer eine gute Wahl. Bei warmem Wetter Achtung: Die Klimaanlage hat keine nennenswerte Funktion. Mir hat es mit offenem Fenster aber gut gepasst.
Beim Frühstück ist leider das frische Obst etwas eingedünnt worden, was ich persönlich schade fand.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wen man abends weg gehen will. Das Zimmer was zum Innenhof, so könnte man auch das Fenster nachts auf machen.
Obwohl ich 7 Monate im voraus gebucht habe und den Preis schon ziemlich teuer fand, habe ich ein winziges Zimmer mit Verbindungstür bekommen. Quasi ein Kinderzimmer. Ich habe durch die dünne tür jede Bewegung aus dem Nachbar Zimmer gehört. Das war schon unangenehm.

Wonderful
Excellent location. Within walking distance to both Nollendorfplatz and Wittenbergplatz stations, with easy access to most U-Bahn lines. Exploring Berlin was convenient.
No effective air conditioning. The room also lacked tea and coffee making facilities.

It was a spacious room, great utilities, and friendly staff. It was a nice and easy distance to commute to landmarks, and has great value.
The room was fairly clean but pretty dusty. There are black stains/scuffs on the walls which can/should be wiped off or painted over. The bedsheets had some old stains and were slightly rough/scratching to the skin.

I stayed in this hotel in January and what I like is the same. The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast is nice and the rooms are a good size. The rooms and public areas are clean. This was one of the main reasons I stayed at this hotel a 2nd time.
The crib situation was handled extremely poorly and put my baby in an unsafe situation for the night. I requested a crib as I did the last time, and they forgot to put the crib in the room and then tried to blame me for the circumstances. My boyfriend had to go into the storage around midnight to get a crib, which is unprofessional. You don't pay over 100 euros a night at a hotel to find and try to assemble a crib from a hotel's storage room. I was told to talk to the manager, who was sick on Thursday I was there and then too busy with meetings on Friday to to talk to me. I was told to contact her via e-mail and I have e-mailed her three times since my stay last month and she hasn't responded, which is incredibly unprofessional. It is sad because staying at this hotel twice was night and day. Although I really enjoyed the hotel's location and comfort level, the disrespect and disregard for complaints and ensuring that babies have safe sleep is disturbing. Please don't stay here if you have babies, if you request a crib they will make excuses about having them, even though they have dozens in the storage. Families need to plan ahead, and this hotel doesn't care about your requests. Edited to add, as of May 12th, the hotel has not responded to my messages or e-mails yet have no problem responding to reviews here or on other sites. Since they can't properly apologize or even contact me about the situation, they have chosen to ignore me completely. This is poor customer service and a very unprofessional way to handle issues.

It was a great stay for a night. Front desk was helpful to store our luggage before check in and also they allowed us early check in around 12:30.
Front desk and lobby. Room was good as well. Would be great to have at-least a microwave in the room.

Room smelled like poop. Front desk guy claimed he can’t give me a different room because he is only security. So I moved to a different hotel, but Titanic refuses to refund me my payment.

The rooms were nicely appointed and laid out. The beds were comfortable, although the comforters were bit short on the king sized bed I slept in. The hotel continental breakfast was top tier considering it is not a 5-star rated hotel.Other than that one small gripe, everything else was good. I really enjoyed my stay there &, as someone who travels to Berlin often, I am most definitely going to stay there again.
Comforter on king sized bed was a bit short, but worked out due to the fact that it wasn't very cold.

Wonderful
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. Even though I was traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable and never once felt unsafe, which was very important to me. The staff at the reception were especially friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their positive attitude really made a difference. Overall, a great experience, I would definitely recommend this place.
One small thing I would have appreciated is having a kettle and slippers in the room. I requested a kettle, and although it was provided, it was a bit old and the lid was difficult to open. Still, it was manageable and didn’t affect my overall stay much.
