All perfect, staff is wonderful and very responsive, always there to help. Room spacious and very clean. Comfort of a high level. Bed is super comfy with wonderful pillows.
Hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.

The staff were extremely pleasant. The bed was comfortable.
The room was hot all week. As far as I could tell, there was not really any television. The mini-fridge was so full, I didn't have enough room for personal items and there was no ice to be had. There wasn't an electrical outlet in the bathroom. I didn't have a very good view, as my room looked out over the roof.

room, location are excellent.
Even if parking is available, you have to pat extra daily parking payment. Extra payment parking issue was overshadowed all other beauties of such an amazing Otel in Berlin.

Everything was perfect except the bed that was really hard and the pillows are so thin and full of air. They made an effort and added a layer to soften the bed.
The pillows. After I reached the hotel I realized the breakfast charge was 43 euros per person, double what I could pay if it was part of my reservation

After spa you are walking through reception and although you are staying at hotel you have to pay for pool.Lastly kids are not allowed to pool area after 19.00.After an exhausted city we came hotel at 18.00 have dinner but could not enter to jacuzi and pool area because after 19.00 kids were not allowed to enter.

Well established hotel. Even it’s a big hotel, access to room and breakfast was easy. Rooms are good for big families. Staff was so kind.
Carpeted floor was a bit dusty. It can be better cleaned. As a person with alergies it was quite irritating.

The room was in excellent condition, room service was fast and reasonable quality, the personnel was generally friendly and fast
I forgot my wallet on the chair basically invisible outside where I went to smoke ... nobody was on the streets ... I realized it after 5-10 minutes went back and the waiter told me that he had given it to the reception .. when I picked it up fortunately cards and documents were still there ... the cash had been stolen .
First of all it was of course my own stupidity and I cannot make any accusations to the personnel. At least I got my important docs back.
