Very kind staff, especially at the reception they helped us with everything we needed.
The room is very comfortable and clean.
We loved that all the care products are from Byredo.
The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of rich and delicious options.
We will definitely come back!

Location
Mattress in room was so hard, Air conditioning system was confusing , I was unable to see temp .
In Breakfast they do not provide pretty basic thing which juice one day I saw it was there other day staff excuse that today they do not have which at 7.45 am.
I feel the money i invested was not worth compared to what other 5 start hotel treat people like Hilton.
When I complained to staff they simply said for next time you already know issue hence you can think for other hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The service team also sent us a complimentary plate of fruit, which was a very nice gesture.
The room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. If you are tall or not very slim, it may feel uncomfortable to move from the entrance door through the narrow corridor into the room. There were no hangers in the bathroom for towels or a bathrobe. The suitcase barely fit through the corridor, and the wardrobe had very limited space — suitable for just one person. Additionally, access to the sauna cost an extra €20, which seemed surprising for a five-star hotel.

After spa you are walking through reception and although you are staying at hotel you have to pay for pool.Lastly kids are not allowed to pool area after 19.00.After an exhausted city we came hotel at 18.00 have dinner but could not enter to jacuzi and pool area because after 19.00 kids were not allowed to enter.

The breakfast options were great. Thr premier rooms was spacious with both a shower and bath.
The spa facilities were lovely.
That the jacuzzi was not working when we visited the pool.
