A wonderful facility to stay. Every thing was exxellent. Huge breakfast. Monica at front desk was very professional and lively to make guests feel at home. Nice quiet area.
All perfet but as we say "there us always room for improvement" the management really know how to improve.

Staff very friendly and helpful and fixed an issue we had quickly and checked in next day to confirm everything was ok first class service

It is a nice hotel on a great location. For the price charged, it was OK.
The downside is that it shows its age in the bathroom. Not that it is not maintained, but there are some pieces that has obviously been overused. On a 4 star hotel, it would've been OK, but with all of the Best of Berlin for xxxx year, it is not as much. The parking is quite expensive, and the suggest valet was not on site, so you have to go trough very tight turns to park.

We loved the jacuzzi and pool would have been good if it was a bit warmer. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, perfect location for families visiting as it overlooked the zoo. It was in a nice safe neighbourhood, opposite a greek and Italian restaurant. Staff really helpful and the spa facilities were really relaxing.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
