Affordable last minute option
Very strange setup. No A/C. Very outdated in an unusual way. Not sure how else to describe it, but wow it was so hot in the summer to stay there. Thankfully it was only one night for me.

The hotel is conveniently located right at Ostbahnhof.
The room had a strong musty smell, poor ventilation, and no air conditioning. Since it was summer, the room was very hot and uncomfortable.

location is amazing, right inside the ostbahnhof station.
Many places and clubs to explore around with good connections to almost everywhere.
We went in summer and expected AC in the hotel but the room was a bit hot. Keeping the window open, you hear the trains all night. We were provided with a fan which in the end masked the outside noise. Since the room was already discounted compared to other hotels, its was a good bargain.

Nothing much. I didn't like anything at all except the location. It was easily accessible.
Almost everything. The keycards failed multiple times; I had to physically go to the reception every time it failed to open. There was only one very small pillow in the room. When I called the reception for an extra pillow, they told me that I had to go down to the reception again to collect it. i usally dont mind going out, but after a long day and tired legs, it was really hard. The room was said to be a superior one, but I didn't find any superior features. was nothing like in the pictures.

Location was great as it's inside the train station and very convenient. The room was ok in term of size and very quiet. The window was facing the inner "courtyard" so there was no noise.
Breakfast was also good, with different options.
No A/C in the room. There was a fan but it was not enough considering that it was 30 degrees outside.

We enjoyed our stay, the location is very convenient, there are also many things to do in the area and many great places for food. The stuff is very friendly and helpful and we'd choose this hotel again in the future!!! 100% recommend

A nice hotel near the train station, which is very convenient if you use the train to get around. It's easy to find. It's located close to the Berlin Wall. There are a couple of supermarkets in the station building nearby.

proximity to train station, but nothing about the hotel except free water bottle
loud room, even with window closed, I had explicitely asked for a quite room; exaggerated price; unfriendly staff at the reception, really poor, cheap matrass, the chairs in the reception area had multiple stains, you could smell cigarette smoke, it smelled dusty overall

The hotel’s location was excellent—just a short walk from Ostbahnhof, with many attractions, restaurants, and public transport options nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
Considering the amount paid, breakfast as well as basic toiletries should have been included.

Disappointing
The bed was set up for one person only (only one pillow provided), despite being booked for 2. I called the reception and they eventually brought an extra blanket, pillow and towel.
Room wasn't ready. No way to charge your phone conveniently by USB or wireless.

Really nice location - it's located right on the Ostbahnhof station. I was afraid it would be noisy therefore, but it was suprisingly calm. Really friendly and helpful staff. I was also glad to have kettle and small fridge in the room.
Wi-Fi a bit slow and a bed a bit softer than I prefer - but for one night stay it's definitely not crucial.
