Great location and modern facilities.
The fact that you have to pay with credit card, which was a surprise to me. For those of us who have a credit card in a foreign currency, the fees of paying in euro may be high. After a short discussion with an employee, the supervisor let me pay cash.
The other thing I didn’t like was that the housekeeping staff didn’t speak German and barely English.

Location to main station.
Sold an upgrade to a room we were told had a coffee machine. Rubbish was only a jug to boil water with coffee or tea bags. Not worth the extra 20 euro per couple per night. Felt ripped off to be honest. Don’t do an upgrade until you see the facilities.

The location is amazing, perfect for exploring the city and come and go as you please via trains and trams. Very good breakfast.
The automatic check-in took way too long and needed way too much information when I all I wanted was to settle down and rest. Mattresses soft to the point of offering no back support.

Location for our purposes was perfect, moments from the station. The bike parking facilities were excellent. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
Towels were very cheap and thin. Toiletries were on the industrial side - gave us both itchy skin. Breakfast was ok but a bit of a bun fight finding a table.

The aircon was not what I expected because every night when we arrived the room was too hot and humid, the windows were locked.

Great location walking distance to lots of sights and just across from the river. Breakfast was good lots to choose from. Rooms were large. Reception staff very nice at check in. Liked the snacks you could purchase in reception although pricey.
A girl at breakfast was very very rude when we asked if we could have a table for 2 and made us sit at a table of 4 with another couple. Told us she would report us and to just sit the hell down even though there was a table free right next door we could have sat at. No toiletries or tea/coffee making facilities in the room which i would expect from a 4 star hotel.

I like the location which is close to the Berlin train station & approximately 30 minutes walking distance to the Brandenburg gate tourist site.
The room was too small for family of 3. The bathroom was small & tight.
