Location is absolute fantastic, tram system is right in front. Hauptbahnhof is a few step away. Room is cosy, staff was friendly and helpful. We really appreciates for earlier checkin and leaving luggages after check out.

I didn't like that irons are not offered to take to rooms. I didn't like having to do to the the 3rd floor to have to iron.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main station, which offers various transportation options. It’s also clean, and there’s a small shop at the reception for snacks and drinks.
The bed is uncomfortable because it has two mattresses, and it basically falls apart.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. The room was quite small, but it offered bare comfort, and it was clean. The bathroom was very small and had only the bare necessities. It was clean, and the shower worked well.
The receptionists. With the exception of the very last receptionist (who seemed to be from an East Asian country), who was very professional as well as friendly and very helpful, and who apologized for his unfriendly and inefficient colleagues, the receptionists were rather unfriendly and not very welcoming. Also, it took them a while to figure out how to send me the receipt by email; the first time around, they claimed they had done it, but they were not successful. It was due to the help of the efficient receptionist (whom I described above) that they tried again; I did receive the receipt after a second attempt.

The location was excellent, right across from the main train station. The breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and hardworking, the room was clean, and it had a TV. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
The room didn't have a refrigerator, which was inconvenient. Also, there was only one chair in the room even though it was for two guests.

It is next to central train station
Overpriced, the air conditioning was mediocre, we booked it because of the heat wave, so they charged the fortune for the tiny room, were the air conditioning was very weak. They could not provide with tea kettle in the room free of charge. Coffee and tea in the lobby are not free. The breakfast was not even close to being good. Limited choice.
