So clean! Really well located for getting in and out of Berlin centre and the caravan was a delight! The private garden was lovely and the staff were fantastic. Caravan was warm and toasty at night despite it being April and the common lounge area with tea and coffee was very quirky and well stocked.
Nothing! We would have stayed longer and can’t recommend it highly enough.

The hotel is clean, colourful, and cosy. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, there is a beautiful internal courtyard with tables and chairs where you can chill any time of the day, sadly we didn't have time to enjoy it but a lot of people were there every day. The room was big, clean and extremely quiet during every moment of the day as it faced an internal court. The position is excellent because you can explore the beautiful neighbourhoods of Kreuzberg and Neukolln and if you need to move to other areas of the city, the metro station is just 5 minutes away. If I come back to Berlin I would choose this hotel again without hesitation!
Everything was excellent, but if there is one thing that can be improved I would say the shower, as it was open (there was a glass just to separate it from the toilet but it didn't have a "door") and therefore it was impossible not to get the floor wet. Besides that, everything was perfect.

Absolutely beautiful property in a really interesting location. Immaculately maintained with lovely and helpful staff! We chatted with the staff before and during our stay, which was a really lovely personal touch. We spoke with them about Scotland and they gave us advice about Berlin. They saw our stay was for 4 days and placed us in a cabin so we had a bit more space, but they said they would be happy to change to a caravan if we had been hoping for that (we went with the cabin and it was lovely). The shared bathroom/shower facilities were always clean and I had no concerns about them. We were lucky enough to visit during a period of nice weather, and the courtyard was perfect for relaxing. Though we travelled as a couple, I know I would have had no concerns staying here as a solo traveller.
Not a problem for us, but sound can travel through the communal areas - Might be worth considering if you are planning to bring children.

Staff are super friendly and lovely. Very quirky place to staff, towels, tea, coffee, milk, shower wash all provided. I was worried it would be abit cold but it was always warm! The staff were very fast with replies and messaged us about transport strikes that were to happen. Location was good, we used the scooters to get around.
Only issue is if you have a neighbouring guest that snores, you care hear it from your cabin. But some earplugs sort that! We only had this on the final night, they rest was a dream!

Wonderful location, cute trailers and common spaces. Very clean bathrooms, helpful staff. Overall was an absolute pleasure staying here. Would come again.
