Great location right at Savigny place with a lot of restaurants around. My room to the south (away from the railway tracks) was very quiet. Friendly service, big breakfast with various options (and more options outside), large room at a good price … all in all very good value for the price
If you open the window you hear birds, kids, sometimes cars and the humming noise of a train passing behind every 2-3 minutes - but hey: you are in the center of Germany’s largest city!

Very spacious room .. nice shower ..
Asked for a quite room, gave me room facing roadside. was noisy because of cars. The rooms floor is very dusty and u can smell dust. Old furniture in room.

Thé location is very good, cafes and restaurants around great, s bahn is very close, shopping streets are in walking distance
The staff is unprofessional and unfriendly, they don’t accept feedback at all, the socket and AC/ coffee machine weren’t working and this isn’t remotely up to 4 star hotel standards

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, eager to go the extra step. We booked at the last minute, and I was worried being so close to the train station would mean train noise disrupting out sleep. It is close, but the soundproofing was excellent. Given that, the location cannot be beat for convenience.

The rooms were clean, and well equipped. The staff was very friendly. The zoo was not that far where a lot of public transport options were available to the center. The breakfast was delicious, even with lactose-free options.
The room is not that big, but it's perfect for a few days of visit.

I’ve stayed several times and the breakfast has increased in price which is probably inevitable. However, the choice seemed to have been reduced.
