The bed was super hard. Never been on such a hard mattress. I know mattresses are hard to make suit everyone, but these were hard.

There is no facility no pools, or gym.. . there is only 1 resturant which as closed for private event twice and even last time 2023 when we visited.
Usually nobody is in the reception adn we have to wait for long time to get someone.
when they order taxi for us there is no order and 3 groups of people passed us and took taxi which should have belonged to us. the receptionist should be managing the orders.
i was sick and they had no medicine nothing to provide.
