Location was very central and convenient. Bed was comfortable. TV worked as promised. Staff were helpful when we had an issue.
We had booked an extra-large double bed and when we arrived in our room there were two single beds pushed together. We spoke to the staff at reception who explained it was only a 'preference' to have a double bed and not guaranteed. They managed to find another room to move us to, which had the double bed we booked. I appreciated the help from reception but I would've been very disapointed if there weren't any spare rooms to be moved to. This issue could be avoided if our booking a double bed was treated as a paid booking instead of a preference. The rooms are mostly black and a bit dark which can be quite jarring but the room we were moved to was comfortable enough. The bathroom facilities and beds were good but only one pillow is provided per person and these are quite lumpy. I would recommend checking with the hotel what your bed situation will be in your room to avoid disapointment.

Location is pretty good and breakfast was good
Cleaning service is awful. They care just about towels and bed, and it is the same like in ZOE at Dusselforf. Very noisy street with trams.

Nice modern interior
The walls were so thin. I could hear conversations in the other room and hallway. Since my neighbours were a family with kids it was quiet noisy. Also there was a list of dust in my room.

I love the location.
No refrigerator in the room. The shower is malfunctioning. The bathroom door lock requires a lot of force to secure properly. The room is very dark, and the lights cannot be switched on individually. The semi-mandatory "eco-policy" meant there was no room service for several days. I had to request towels from the front desk every day, and the trash bin was only emptied once.

Close to everything and super quiet. I was worried about the trains but these rooms are well soundproofed. Pretty key location

Finally, a hotel with good pillows! The soap was great too. The location is, of course, fantastic. At the same time, the room was incredibly quiet - I was really able to relax.
Unfortunately, the lighting in the room was very dim, which I found quite unpleasant.
