Nice modern interior
The walls were so thin. I could hear conversations in the other room and hallway. Since my neighbours were a family with kids it was quiet noisy. Also there was a list of dust in my room.

I love the location.
No refrigerator in the room. The shower is malfunctioning. The bathroom door lock requires a lot of force to secure properly. The room is very dark, and the lights cannot be switched on individually. The semi-mandatory "eco-policy" meant there was no room service for several days. I had to request towels from the front desk every day, and the trash bin was only emptied once.

Close to everything and super quiet. I was worried about the trains but these rooms are well soundproofed. Pretty key location

Finally, a hotel with good pillows! The soap was great too. The location is, of course, fantastic. At the same time, the room was incredibly quiet - I was really able to relax.
Unfortunately, the lighting in the room was very dim, which I found quite unpleasant.

Good location. Room was clean. Facilities were overall OK.
Our stay was impacted by a serious and unacceptable incident. While we were asleep in our room, someone unlocked and opened our door at approximately 00:30, abruptly waking us. The person left immediately once we reacted, without any explanation. We attempted to call reception but received no response, so we went down to the front desk to report the incident. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate the night staff. We then spoke with the bartender, who informed us that the night staff would be unavailable for another hour. We were only able to speak with the staff member around 2:00 am, at which point he explained that he had mistakenly unlocked and opened our door while intending to access a neighboring room. While we understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of immediate acknowledgment or follow-up is unacceptable. We should not have had to spend 1–2 hours searching for staff to get an explanation after such a serious breach of privacy and security. Being woken in the middle of the night by a stranger accessing the room is extremely unsettling. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast as compensation, which was not relevant to us and did not adequately address the seriousness of the situation.
