The location was excellent, in walking distance from the Museum Island, the Dome, the TV tower. Good restaurants just round the corner. Trams, S-Bahn next to the building. The apartment was clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped. TV in both rooms.
No place for our suitcase (other than the top of the desk). Too much black. There were no proper nigthstands besides the bed. The bathroom was quite bad ergonomically (no place to hang the towels, while taking a shower, not possible to put any floor towel in front of the door, because the door wiped it away as I opened it). Small rooms.

The mattress needed replacing (dip where you sleep), sink drain in bathroom didnt drain, could have used more lighting, and Nespresso machine but not capsules (???)

Some staff not nice. Breakfast was plain and boring. Rooms were old and banged up. AC was terrible.

The location of the hotel was great & the cleanliness too. It would be nice if the coffee pods were replenished each day then we wouldn't need to buy our own for the room, but overall it was suitable. Dark but suitable
Very dark rooms & all round dark hotel. The rooftop bar was closed, but then opened on the Friday, so assumed weekend opening only but we weren't told that or much else on arrival. Restaurant empty. It just felt like a depressing hotel. Also check your bill. Automatic payment taken & then receipt sent to say I had been charged 4x late check out charge plus taxes.

Easy to find, very accessible by public transport. They have a rooftop bar with nice views of the Dom and Fernsehturm. Friendly staff. Large bathroom with bath. Lots of restaurants close by.
We had a so called apartment. Clean with tiny kitchenette (microwave, no oven) and fold out bed. Sliding door to bedroom - this was very cramped, necessary for one person to crawl into the bed as it’s under a sloping ceiling.

The bed was amazing! Loved it! Bath was very pleasant, shower very simple and slippery. Location is really good! Without allergies, the breakfast is really good! No noise at all from other guests, very nice! No noise from the street either.
Lots of food options around the hotel.
Staff was sometimes stand-offish and just not that friendly, some were really nice! Wifi didn't work right, plus you had to sign in every day, more than once a day. Breakfast was amazing if you had no allergies. I do, didn't have a lot of options, everything was put together, not seperate, making it less safe. Once, the eggs were overcooked due to a staff member putting the temperatures too high, They fixed it immediately and made new eggs. That was great.
Bathroom was really small, too small! The bin was yucky.
You get your key on your phone. Easy for young people, not so much for older ones.
I asked if the bedding was anti-allergy, they said it was. Somehow it was still difficult to breathe at night. We never figured out why.
