Disappointing
The location was good.
The view was very bad.
Our room view was school, really noisy at day and very poor at night.
The coverage of internet access was only on corner of the room.
The heating was very bad; it was very cold in the room.

ask for double bed but got two singles pushed together - TV not smart

Comfortable bed, quiet room, i liked that there was a bathtub. Also, good location
The middle age lady with russian accent in the reception was very rude. Didn't even greet us, just mumbled something in german but we don't speak german so we asked to speak english and she just repeated "id, id" and that was the whole communication. We wanted to ask more information about parking, breakfast etc but she didn't speak english. I don't know why you are hiring people who don't speak english for the reception.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, i liked that there was a bathtub. Also, good location

The location is great, very easy access to everything by metro or trains, plus the neighborhood is very safe, full of shops and cafes. The hotel has an old fashioned charm, really comfortable.
