Disappointing
The location was good.
The view was very bad. Our room view was school, really noisy at day and very poor at night. The coverage of internet access was only on corner of the room. The heating was very bad; it was very cold in the room.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, i liked that there was a bathtub. Also, good location
The middle age lady with russian accent in the reception was very rude. Didn't even greet us, just mumbled something in german but we don't speak german so we asked to speak english and she just repeated "id, id" and that was the whole communication. We wanted to ask more information about parking, breakfast etc but she didn't speak english. I don't know why you are hiring people who don't speak english for the reception.

This is my second stay at this hotel. It’s a cozy little place, like stepping back in time. Everything is super clean, and I feel completely safe here. I warmly recommend it!

In general, the hotel was quite nice. Although it is a busy area, I heard no noise from the outside or other rooms, although it seems that a few people were staying there at that moment. The room and the bathroom were spacious, and the bed was nice and comfortable. The two women at the counter desk were nice and let my wife and me leave our luggage in a room before check in and after check out.
The internet was not fast in my room. If the hotel advertises that it has internet, it is a bit disappointing when I have to go outside the room to pick up some signal.

It was in a very good location close to S bahn stop. Neighborhood appears pretty safe. WIFI did work fine.
Staff did not really speak English and didn’t always open door when you rang the bell. Elevator didn’t stop at every floor. Room was pretty small with single bed.

Really excellent location near Savignyplatz. Large room and reasonable price. Room was made up each day.
Room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, despite smoking being prohibited. No breakfast, fridge or tea making facilities. Old TV with limited channels. Felt a bit more like a youth hostel in a historic building than a hotel. Receptionists had no/limited English. All seemed a bit stressed/unhappy but we're helpful. Be aware there was no lift for public use, so luggage needs to be lifted up steep stairs. Communal areas need a deep clean and refurb.
