Super cute boutique hotel in great location away from the center of city ! No outside street noise . A little noise from inside - mostly the climbing of stairs . Nice goood old fashion keys !! So heat stays on when you leave the room! Winter can be cold in Berlin! So thats always nice when you dont have the electronic keys that turn power off in the room every time you leave ! Top floor room . Plenty of seating , desk , tv . Big room ! Nice cozy room! Large bathroom. Most importantly it was a Clean room!! Huge cozy bed ! Good area for shopping and eating ,convenient stores and grocery stores near by and just a 15-20 minute walk to the big shopping street . While I didnt partake of the breakfast my partner did and said it was good . The coffee he brought to me each morning was good . Comfy bed , nice warm blankets . Charmingly decorated hotel and room. Quiet hotel to be on such a busy street . Good parking in back , safe , well lit , secure area and also option to park on road in front . Charming hotel. I would stay again and I do recommend it .
3 flights of stairs , has no hiss . Check in closes 8 pm ! Some nights when we returned is was closed 7:30 . Location to U ban is fairly close but those lines arent all working Heater in bathroom is not working properly, cold after shower with no heat . No safe . No refrigerator. No tea kettle or coffee in room . More pillows for bed needed but thats not a big deal . Do not try to check in after 8 pm and if you are arriving later than 6 I would call them to make sure they dont close before their stated 8 pm closing time . Not that it will help because they will inform you sternly that they close 8pm!! WiFi was a little hit or miss and sometimes slow.

The place is situated in calm location and little far from the bus and tram station. You need to be walking 5 mins to reach the hotel. Restaurants and also Take away also in a bit distance. The booking includes the breakfast with many options. They also have a parking spots for the cars. The room was spacious and also cleaned neatly with out any smell.
The only didn't know before booking, how far is from the tram station. Our almost 4 year old hated to walk as she was so tired after the City tour.

Disappointing
The location was good and close to the Berlin Messe. Breakfast was OK, soft boiled eggs were cold.
I didn't like to poor contact after I asked for help in searching for my computer charging cable. First, when I called and asked the personel lady informed me that they will call back in 2 hours and the haven't. I called again and hotel service gentleman started shouting when I was asking about search of my computed and hanged up the call. I wrote the email and got response that for searching of my computer cable I will be charged additional 10EUR. Finally, I was informed that cable was not found. Not very pleasant experience for me as a guest. The room furniture and bathroom require proper renew.

Great location with parking, so you can leave your car safely and travel by metro (500m away). Very clean, no problems with hot water, etc. Breakfast also very nice. We got all what we expected and what we needed.
Very minor issue was patchy wifi in our room.
