Great location, close to transport, shops and restaurants. Room was clean and tidy, suited my purpose.

Absolutely amazing, the character of the property, the friendliness of the staff and the room was great. Was brilliant place to stay. They communicated fantastically from the get go and was able to accommodate my slightly earlier check in.
Nothing bad can be said about this place.

Reasonable location with good food places very nearby. Easy to get into town centre and out to Potsdam.
Room a little underwhelming, but clean and quiet. Facilities like wardrobe and bathroom could be improved.

It may not be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but considering its location, the price is quite reasonable. There are many shops, cafes, and public transport stops nearby. Overall, the room was nice and warm, with adjustable heating. Housekeeping was done daily.
I really missed having a fridge and a microwave.

Nice place to stay, quiet and comfy. The lady who showed me the room was lovely and if I had needed anything else I'm sure I would have received it. There was tea and coffee for everyone in the hall. The place was clean and warm. There were extra blankets in the room as well. Quick walk to the U-Bahn and lots of places to eat out nearby.
There was tea and coffee in the hall which was great, but there wasn't any milk - maybe that could be added, even the kind of milk that doesn't need to be refrigerated.
