the room was very comfy and it had all the amenities we needed. we used the balcony ever morning for our coffee. great shower, bed very comfortable and loved the kitchenette. Location was amazing, right next to the U Bahn, grocery store and a great Vietnamese restaurant. The Bus station was also right across the street. All and all a weeklong great experience.
Nothing that you could have prevented but we had some people below us who had the most horrible smoker's cough in the morning!

Absolutely perfect stay. The room was beautifully designed and every bit of space was used smartly. The location couldn’t be better, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. If I come back to Berlin, this will definitely be my first choice again

The location was good, near to bus station and very convenient to other locations. Every attraction places can be reached about 30 minutes by bus, so I like the location. I did not take breakfast service, but room was very clean, cozy and beautiful as well. Highly recommend to choose.

It's very clean, newly decorated and located in a very convenient place, with multiple transportation options just around the corner and very easy access to the central tram station to get to the airport.
For the over 200euro per night, it was quite disappointing level of service.
The hotel is understaffed, so there is nobody at reception in the evening & night, you also can't get in from the front door at night and need to go through the garage door literally. And it has a very mixed navigation inside the hotel, for some rooms stairs is only option which is not really cool when you have your luggage.
There is no phone in the room, so if you need to ask for anything, you need to go to the reception.
No fridge in the room (I honestly don't remember if I've ever stayed in a room with no fridge)
No mirror in the room (except the one small in the bathroom). No water in the room, a water bottle that they left in the room cost 3euro (and it's only possible to understand it from a tiny sticker). No cleaning unless you request it.
Room facing kinder garden and from 8am kids will scream non-stop all day.
Overall I had a feeling that I stayed in kinda hostel, a good one but this should not cost over 200 euro per night.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. It was quiet overlooking the park at the back. It felt private and was good for a longer stay of a week. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The road at the front outside was dirty and a bit unsafe at night. The reception and main front door is not 24/7 and you have to enter from the side through some stairs so leaving with a suitcase was challenging.

Close to the tram and U
The location - it was in a marginal neighborhood, homeless sleeping out front, outside smelled like alcohol.
The hotel was rated as a 4 star but was not what I would consider a 4 star. If I was traveling alone, I would look for 4 star hotels as I would think they were safe and in good locations.
Not many restaurants near the hotel to walk to.
The breakfast at the hotel was over-priced for what was offered. It was closer to a continental breakfast. Maybe 10 euros at the most. You can walk 2 blocks and get a much better breakfast for half of the cost.

Accommodation and the team are just great.
Hotel is located basically 10 m from the subway and bus stop, there are 2 late shops and 1 ordinary one (but it's Netto) next door to it, there is a shopping mall, asian market and bakery in around 50 m from the place.
The hotel itself is newly renovated, smart organized, new and good looking.
There is a carpet in the halls so it's quiet when someone is passing by and in the room there is wooden floor and tiles (for bathroom and entrance zone). I really enjoyed how the space is orginised and I was fascinated how smart was organised the light scheme.
Bed was just perfect from the quality of tissues to the mattress (now I want one for myself).
There is a sign/videoguide/sticker for every issue that you may need including air conditioner, usage of kettle, etc.
It's not really "what I didn't like", however I am surprised that the fridges are not installed at every type of rooms.

Very kind and responsive staff, very clean, a little expensive or value (breakfast is 18E), park across the street, very good Vietnamese restaurant nearby (Song Lam 37), studio is small but well equipped, busy street in front but no noise in room, "courtyard" needs flowers.
Expensive breakfast, immediately neighborhood much traffic, no outdoor space to chill in.

I appreciated the air conditioning during summer in Berlin, which I need. They also provide extra towels upon request.
What I did not like about my stay: First and foremost, the light streaming through the curtains in the morning was extremely disruptive, as there was no blackout option available. Given the amount I paid, this was unacceptable. Additionally, the location was far from ideal, with ongoing construction and unappealing shops downstairs.
Moreover, for the price I paid, I expected more amenities. The room lacked basic necessities such as a stove, which is standard in service apartments at similar prices. Opting for the basic option here means you're left without a fridge or stove—just a kettle. It's disappointing that they provided only two tea bags upon my arrival and did not replenish them during my stay. This lack of attention to detail does not meet the expectations set by the cost.

The room was very comfortable, and it took a little to figure out the ac. The staff was great to deal with. Check-in was easy, and the staff swapped me to a room that they felt would be quieter. Laundry room available in the hotel. Transportation is very close with the Tram, U-bahn, and Bus available.
Loved having laundry but needing to download an app and load it with €20 was a bummer.

The location was convenient, staff were friendly, and breakfast was decent.
Cleaning is done once in three days by default. You can ask for extra cleaning for free. We asked once, but they came too late, so we ended up without cleaning.
