The hotel was everything a weary traveller could ask for - great air-conditioning controls, inordinate number of hooks for hanging up clothes that need airing, accessible lighting in the bathroom. For those who need laundry services, there's also a launderette in the hotel's wing extension. Although the hotel was further out from most popular areas in Berlin, it was still very wasy to get around with adequate bus, tram, and U-bahn connections.
The way back into the hotel after midight felt a bit silly.

I had a very good stay of 5 nights with my cat. Pets are welcome for an additional charge of 15€ per night. Late checkout is possible for an additional 15€ for 1pm, etc. Room was very comfy, quality built and layout. Acoustics were good as I heard absolutely nothing. It was very relaxing. Staff was kind and helpful.
I asked for service on my 3d night. I left the room with my cat to let cleaning staff in. When I came back they said "5 more minutes". Turns out my room had not been cleaned, except new towels were added. That was not nice and made me lose a few hours of my day (you cant get service and leave a pet alone, so you wait). I requested service again for the next day, left the room again with my cat, this time it was tip top deep cleaned! When staying with a pet, a thorough regular room-cleaning is essential. I am not home where I can hoover twice a day. Having a pet requires that as they lose hair.

Good location, lovely staffs, great breakfast, strong free wifi. When they knew that I travelled with my mom who is a wheelchair user they switched our room to the one at garden house (barrier free room) without extra charge. Our room was pretty big, clean and accessible bathroom which was super handy for my mam. Location was good also, we had bus, tram and underground train right in front of the place. Good Vietnamese restaurants like Song Lam and Que Choa are around the corner. They also have a supermarket next door to hotel. Highly recommend the place!

It was clean, light, and private with a sunny little balcony and very comfortable bed. Staff were super helpful. The area was quiet, as it is out of the main tourist district. Transport close by. We jumped on the tram, metro or took a bus into either the Berlin main station or Fredrick Station. There is a great Vietnamese restaurant on the corner, and an reasonably priced Italian. The shopping centre right next door! Our little kitchen was good enough to make a few dinners and breakfast. There was a great cafe but we wanted to have time on our own as we had been travelling for a long time.
A toaster would have been great. The laundry required an app (which is oldies hate) but the staff were so helpful, it wasn’t an issue.

Accommodation and the team are just great. Hotel is located basically 10 m from the subway and bus stop, there are 2 late shops and 1 ordinary one (but it's Netto) next door to it, there is a shopping mall, asian market and bakery in around 50 m from the place. The hotel itself is newly renovated, smart organized, new and good looking. There is a carpet in the halls so it's quiet when someone is passing by and in the room there is wooden floor and tiles (for bathroom and entrance zone). I really enjoyed how the space is orginised and I was fascinated how smart was organised the light scheme. Bed was just perfect from the quality of tissues to the mattress (now I want one for myself). There is a sign/videoguide/sticker for every issue that you may need including air conditioner, usage of kettle, etc.
It's not really "what I didn't like", however I am surprised that the fridges are not installed at every type of rooms.

The location - it was in a marginal neighborhood, homeless sleeping out front, outside smelled like alcohol. The hotel was rated as a 4 star but was not what I would consider a 4 star. If I was traveling alone, I would look for 4 star hotels as I would think they were safe and in good locations. Not many restaurants near the hotel to walk to. The breakfast at the hotel was over-priced for what was offered. It was closer to a continental breakfast. Maybe 10 euros at the most. You can walk 2 blocks and get a much better breakfast for half of the cost.

The staff was incredible. Every single staff member was so nice. Give them a raise! The rooms were clean and comfortable.
I think the breakfast is a little bit too expensive. It makes it hard to enjoy everything the facility has to offer.

Modern, clean rooms. Nice quiet location, but not far from the Hauptbahnhof by tram (eight minutes). Plus, the U-Bahn is right next door. Lovely breakfast and a good range of options. Staff really friendly. The option to pick up clean towels at any time is a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.
