It's the second time that I book that apart hotel. It's ideal for me. I love the small balcony and the view. The decoration is awesome. I really feel good when I come to this place. I feel at home. Having put hooks all over the room is very very practical. The room is clean.
Think about putting a LED light in all the bathrooms. Last time I didn't have it and I missed it. The crowd in the neighborhood can be a bit strange sometimes. It makes me feel sad more than anything, but I never felt unsafe.

Very easy to find, easy access both during the day and the night, balcony, privacy, fine location.
It is little bit loud on the side of the street - Turmstraße is but specific at night and crowd is bit loud. So if one is a very light sleeper, I would ask the room with windows on the other side. And one small another thing - the room with double bed unfortunately is 2 beds together and unfortunately, even though it is tucked all together, if you stay with your partner, one of you will always fall in the hole between two beds.

It was clean, modern and the rooms had plenty of space.
It was a little bit further out than expected. But it was close to the tram and underground so getting in and out of the centre was a breeze.

We had a very comfortable stay thanks to the two connecting rooms, each with its own toilet/bathroom. The hotel is right next to the U metro station and not too far from the S line. Direct access from the airport is possible via the S9 line. The staff were friendly and helpful. They held our luggage for safekeeping on check-out day. Considering the price-performance ratio, I can say we were very satisfied.
There is no drinking water in the rooms, and I think regular cleaning isn't done unless requested.

Great staff....went above and beyond and were so kind, polite and cheerful with everyone. Room clean and comfortable. Lounge or "home" area just wonderful and we enjoyed that. Again cannot praise staff enough. Close to supermarkets and U-bahn...nice part of the city
