It's the second time that I book that apart hotel. It's ideal for me. I love the small balcony and the view. The decoration is awesome. I really feel good when I come to this place. I feel at home. Having put hooks all over the room is very very practical. The room is clean.
Think about putting a LED light in all the bathrooms. Last time I didn't have it and I missed it.
The crowd in the neighborhood can be a bit strange sometimes. It makes me feel sad more than anything, but I never felt unsafe.

Nice building, nice interior, spacious room and balcony, nightlight in the bathroom, nice kitchenette, basically everything.

the room was very comfy and it had all the amenities we needed. we used the balcony ever morning for our coffee. great shower, bed very comfortable and loved the kitchenette. Location was amazing, right next to the U Bahn, grocery store and a great Vietnamese restaurant. The Bus station was also right across the street. All and all a weeklong great experience.
Nothing that you could have prevented but we had some people below us who had the most horrible smoker's cough in the morning!

AC not working, or at least the temperature in the night was low despite proper settings.
Double bed made out of two mattresses, same for duvets.
Shower doors did not close properly and some water was leaking to the restroom

Absolutely perfect stay. The room was beautifully designed and every bit of space was used smartly. The location couldn’t be better, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. If I come back to Berlin, this will definitely be my first choice again

The location was good, near to bus station and very convenient to other locations. Every attraction places can be reached about 30 minutes by bus, so I like the location. I did not take breakfast service, but room was very clean, cozy and beautiful as well. Highly recommend to choose.

It's very clean, newly decorated and located in a very convenient place, with multiple transportation options just around the corner and very easy access to the central tram station to get to the airport.
For the over 200euro per night, it was quite disappointing level of service.
The hotel is understaffed, so there is nobody at reception in the evening & night, you also can't get in from the front door at night and need to go through the garage door literally. And it has a very mixed navigation inside the hotel, for some rooms stairs is only option which is not really cool when you have your luggage.
There is no phone in the room, so if you need to ask for anything, you need to go to the reception.
No fridge in the room (I honestly don't remember if I've ever stayed in a room with no fridge)
No mirror in the room (except the one small in the bathroom). No water in the room, a water bottle that they left in the room cost 3euro (and it's only possible to understand it from a tiny sticker). No cleaning unless you request it.
Room facing kinder garden and from 8am kids will scream non-stop all day.
Overall I had a feeling that I stayed in kinda hostel, a good one but this should not cost over 200 euro per night.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. It was quiet overlooking the park at the back. It felt private and was good for a longer stay of a week. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The road at the front outside was dirty and a bit unsafe at night. The reception and main front door is not 24/7 and you have to enter from the side through some stairs so leaving with a suitcase was challenging.

Close to the tram and U
The location - it was in a marginal neighborhood, homeless sleeping out front, outside smelled like alcohol.
The hotel was rated as a 4 star but was not what I would consider a 4 star. If I was traveling alone, I would look for 4 star hotels as I would think they were safe and in good locations.
Not many restaurants near the hotel to walk to.
The breakfast at the hotel was over-priced for what was offered. It was closer to a continental breakfast. Maybe 10 euros at the most. You can walk 2 blocks and get a much better breakfast for half of the cost.
