The location was super.
That the sauna and relax-zone was not included in the price, just to the pool. And it was also difficult to find the sauna. Also the beds went out of each other, so that you could fall between them, it wasnt a kind size bed. Also you couldnt open the window, it was locked and there was no space to let the air in, the window was definitely montages wrong. As I took a shower, it hat a glass, but it ran out a lot of water in three bathroom. So for 4 star hotel not very pleased.

Wonderful
Great location, extremely comfortable beds, outstanding breakfast, great staff. Loads of great places to eat in the immediate vicinity. This will be our place to stay also next time.
The gym is a bit basic - handweights up to 10 kg and a couple of technogym resistance machines. Youre out of luck if you want to have a good muscle workout. Better selection of cardio machines though.

Unclean bathroom, old shower door coated with dirt, old furniture in the junior suite, one chairs leg falling apart , and the lounge is not worth a lounge. Generally not a five star for me.

Wow!! I loved this hotel. The staff are the nicest people I have ever met. So attentive and a real nice and warm welcome. The hotel was beautiful. The most beautiful place I have ever stayed and I am hard to please at times

Everything was done well, the room was very spacious, the bed comfy and big, had a shower and a bath which was a great bonus. The Zoo station is mere 5 mins walk from the hotel and from there you could go anywhere in Berlin.
There were some issues with the payment for breakfast, but I feel it was mainly a misunderstanding. Had to give it up after 3 days but its not like there isnt anything to eat around the hotel

Booked a large double room and received two single beds put together. Sauna was paid extra even for hotel guests and the ice cave was not working.

Bed was super comfy and also the bed linen! The room was clean and it felt spacious. The staff was super sweet and helpful.
The spa says it has a hot tub, however it is a connected bubble bath to the pool which is not so hot. So its a bit misleading in our opinion. The sauna area though is amazing with different aromas to use.
