The room we stayed in was quite cool. The bed was in a loft, there was a long bench seat along the window, and there was plenty of room to tuck away suitcases. The bathroom was a nice size as well. The location of this hotel was awesome. The nearby streets have many cute cafes and bars, a park is nearby, and access to the tram was very convenient.
We did not understand that the pool and spa on the premise would not be available for the last days of our trip, so we missed our opportunity to enjoy it. Clearer communication about its availability would be nice because it sounds like its regularly closed for a few days.

The hotel located in a very vibrant neighborhood, it has welcoming and friendly staff. The room is spacious, there's a really great bathroom and shower.
No a/c in the room. There were only blackout curtains on the window and we had to keep the curtains closed all the time because our room was on the ground floor. If there had been light curtains there too, it would have been better. The pool was on its annual maintenance, which is pity because we wanted to use it.

We liked the pool and sauna.
The bed duvet wasn't warm enough. Everything costing a supplement, wasn't nice because the room is already very expensive for the amenities to get and asking a supplement for everything asked, isn't what we are used to: Eggs Benedict on the breakfast table; access to pool and sauna etc. The hotel is too expensive in regards to where it is. Prenzlauer Berg is very far away from the city centre and the S-Bahn being interrupted because of renovation reasons had us to take the Taxi all the time. That made our stay far too expensive.

The building is a historical heritage well kept. it has a very beautiful Roman style swimming pool right next to the lobby.
It was too expensive and also during most of my stay, the pool was not accessible due to an event being held there. Also the breakfast was not upto the price.
