Amazing location in quiet historic area. Easy to walk everywhere, close to Underground & train station & many historic sites. Great variety of restaurants nearby. Loved staying on a quiet pedestrian-only cobblestone street rather than a busy boulevard with traffic
Only issue was problems with hotel WiFi- service was intermittent. Staff were aware & apologetic & said they were working with their service provider

Place was meticulously clean, cleaner than a lot 5 star hotels I have been to. So clean that even the toilet dustbin and toilet brush holder feels shining clean. Location is good, walkable to Alexandraplatz, TV tower, Berlin Cathedral. Family delux room is spacious and quiet. They have a room for luggage storage for free. price is good too, it really provided all the necessary to the best, while not having those unnecessary things to just make u feel high class (such as a 5 star hotel turn down service and expensive decor). I guess that is why they are able to provide good price without compromising on quality.
Heater wasn’t too hot when turned to max, check in is not flexible (but we can understand), we asked for a kettle, two were available in the family deluxe room but we were told not available, we decided to buy one before coming but end up not using it. family deluxe room has one bedroom with door, which has 2 single or 1 double bed, outside it there was a small space with one single bed, a 3/4 wall separating that bed from another 3 single beds. The photos seem to show the 3 beds area have a sliding door to make it another room but actually there is no door. Despite the above this hotel is still one of the best I have seen.

Room was immaculately clean and very spacious for a family of 4 with two older children. Location is excellent and a great base to explore Berlin.
The room is right above a restaurant and shares a balcony space so there can be noise later in the evening - didn’t bother us too much but worth noting for those light sleepers or travelling with young kids who sleep early.

The guy on reception was amazing, couldn’t have done enough to help!… and the room was lovely and spacious.
Wifi didn’t work and there was no phone signal, so couldn’t use the phone or laptop in the room which ruined my stay.

The online help outside reception hours had wrong information about many things
There was a lot of mixed info - the info vooklet in the room said there is breakfast at 7:00 so I planned my day by that. I went to have breakfast ar 8:00 and the restaurant was closed and dark, no breakfast served.
In the info booklet ot said that there is laundry service, but the reception refused to provide it to me.
The Internet doesn’t work in room 0.02, I had to sit in the reception area ti take care of things online.
The receptionist wasn’t empathic and helping when I was in crisis (on the phone with booking.com solving issues and talking about my next accomodation) he rushed me to checkout fast.
Sitting on the rooms terrace I had an awful view - could see rubbish bins and a rat.

The location is excellent, close to all transportation options, on a pedestrian-only side street so very quiet, and surrounded by beautiful historic buildings (all post-war perfect reconstructions, of course) in the heart of old Berlin. Our room was spacious and well-furnished, and the fridge and kettle very handy. The shower/toilet room was also spacious, and I appreciate that. And the reception was also very helpful; one guy who was there half the week was just nice, the other guy for the other half of the week went out of his way to be helpful, cheery, informative.
One downside is that the area is not residential, so no little market close by for milk or snacks or fruit, etc. On the other hand, within a few minutes walk are several lovely coffee/breakfast places. The only really aggravating things was that housekeeping made my bed in some weird folded way that required me to unfold and spread the blankets to sleep every night. I did ask them to leave the bed made up and not fold up the bedding, but that didn't help. Really no big deal considering how good everything else was.

Ideal location - a silent escape in busy Berlin center. It is just a few steps from TV tower, Alexander platz, museum island, Berlin cathedral.... Room really spacious - our teenager even had her own separate room! We really enjoyed our terrace. Comfortable, well equiped bathroom. Beds were very comfy. Attentive and careful personnel. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I come to Berlin once again.
