The two gentlemen who worked reception while we were there were both very helpful; the regular man who worked weekdays was especially outgoing and friendly, offered suggestions, helped me solve problems, really went over and beyond. The location was perfect for us, a quiet pedestrian street, but close to all the possible transportation options and plenty of good coffee shops to start the morning. We weren't looking for action in our neighborhood, this trip was for my brother and I to have quality time together exploring Berlin. In different situations we might have found the neighborhood boring or inconvenient - there's not even a mini-market close by - but for us it was exactly right. Also the room (a triple for the two of us) gave both of us enough privacy, and also enough space to hang out together. And the bathroom was also big and well-equipped.
Only one thing, and that has to do with management, not with service or facilities. I received notice that my flight was leaving many hours earlier than planned, but after the time allowed for free cancellation. I in any case asked to cancel the last day of a 9-day stay, as I no longer needed the room. And the management turned down my request. I feel this was very unfair; not only did I not have the information in time to cancel for free or I certainly would have done so, but to be so picky about one day after we'd already paid a lot of money for the 8 nights we did happily use shows greed, not good customer service.

Amazing location in quiet historic area. Easy to walk everywhere, close to Underground & train station & many historic sites. Great variety of restaurants nearby. Loved staying on a quiet pedestrian-only cobblestone street rather than a busy boulevard with traffic
Only issue was problems with hotel WiFi- service was intermittent. Staff were aware & apologetic & said they were working with their service provider

The location is excellent, close to all transportation options, on a pedestrian-only side street so very quiet, and surrounded by beautiful historic buildings (all post-war perfect reconstructions, of course) in the heart of old Berlin. Our room was spacious and well-furnished, and the fridge and kettle very handy. The shower/toilet room was also spacious, and I appreciate that. And the reception was also very helpful; one guy who was there half the week was just nice, the other guy for the other half of the week went out of his way to be helpful, cheery, informative.
One downside is that the area is not residential, so no little market close by for milk or snacks or fruit, etc. On the other hand, within a few minutes walk are several lovely coffee/breakfast places. The only really aggravating things was that housekeeping made my bed in some weird folded way that required me to unfold and spread the blankets to sleep every night. I did ask them to leave the bed made up and not fold up the bedding, but that didn't help. Really no big deal considering how good everything else was.

Mr.Ege took care of us and he was really good and professional. He has excelent communication skills, and he was very helpfull. The only problem with the hotel was we booked our checkin between 12-1pm and we got to checkin only 1 room past 2pm and for the other room we checkedin later. But our room was really comfortable.
Checkin times was late. I drove from Hamburg and I thought I was having a parking place, but i didn’t have it. It’d be nice to know to reserve the parking space on booking.con

I found my room to be very well isolated and quiet. At the same time I felt I was in a prime location. Excellent neighborhood.

First of all - it’s not a hotel.

Why it called hotel????
I would never book such a tiny room with such micro bathroom, if I would know.
The bathroom even has no place to put the towels and hair dryer.
I can’t believe I payed for this joke over 350 euro for a night ?
By the way - it was cold a the heater In found in the room didn’t work. Safe also very old and didn’t work ?

Modern room, lots of amenities, great shower, comfortable beds, excellent restaurant. Wonderful location in the oldest part of Berlin. Surrounded by excellent restaurants and Museumsinsel across the bridge. Easy train access all over town.

The hotel is located near Alexanderplatz station (5 min walking). Very good location, in a quiet street. It is very easy to reach the airport and other important places from alexanderplatz station.
There are special stores near the hotel and some restaurants and food stores.
The room is very big, new, clean, all the facilities are very quality. The staff is very kind and helpful. Very recommended place.
