The location is unbelievable and the room was great value for what you paid. There were restaurants near by as well as good public transport links to the train station and other important locations. The reception was open 9-5 which was enough for servicing needs.
The property kept trying to send me the link to check in via booking.com message however, due to the any scam protection on booking.com the link kept on being removed. This was a major issue that took the property a considerable amount of time sort out this issue.

We love this hotel, it's in a great location. The large family room is a fantastic size for a family travelling with teenagers, space so your not on top of each other.

It was great to have a fridge and we liked the location in Berlin.
There was no AC. Also, I was initially told that they could not accommodate our bed type request. They should make this clear on the website as that was important to me if we were hoping to sleep. Ultimately they found a way to help me but originally said nothing could be done and beds were assigned randomly, so that should be disclosed.

Room was just what we needed. Location was perfect to be able to walk to most of the local attractions and close to lots of great eateries and restaurants.
10am check was the earliest I've come across - it would be good to have a later check out made easy if possible otherwise a good place to stay when you visit Berlin.

Easy to access and in a great location. There were no staff on site, but communication through messages was quick, clear, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Everything was easy to find, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.
The only downside was that we weren’t aware a security deposit was required. This was mentioned in the booking information, but we overlooked it, so it’s worth reading the details carefully before your stay to avoid any surprises.

Amazing location, very comfortable and modern rooms, spotlessly clean.
On arrival told by the receptionist there was no parking available, despite description, and directed to public car park (€20 per day) which transpired does not allow motorcycles. On check out owner said room could have been made available for motorcycles.
