The hotel is perfect for a Berlin City trip. Location is perfect! In the middle of the city and surrounded by nice bars and restaurants, but still very quiet in the hotel itself. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some questions about parking etc before we arrived and the team answered super fast.

Modern room, lots of amenities, great shower, comfortable beds, excellent restaurant. Wonderful location in the oldest part of Berlin. Surrounded by excellent restaurants and Museumsinsel across the bridge. Easy train access all over town.

We arrived after personalised check in had closed and worried that a potential scam involving booking.com had jeopardised our reservation. All was fine. The hotel had very good systems for checking in after hours and had kindly allowed for our reservation not totally following the booking.com procedures which we and others thought might have been scammed (it wasn't). The room was excellent, comfortable, well set up and really good layout for our family. Location is great and although not much interaction, the staff were very nice. We would highly recommend this hotel.
There is little not to like. It's not a major issue but the hotel signage was not prominent and we had 2 experiences with taxis not finding the exact entrance.

The hotel is located near Alexanderplatz station (5 min walking). Very good location, in a quiet street. It is very easy to reach the airport and other important places from alexanderplatz station.
There are special stores near the hotel and some restaurants and food stores.
The room is very big, new, clean, all the facilities are very quality. The staff is very kind and helpful. Very recommended place.

The location is amazing
The entire process and reception is exceptionally bad!
The reception hours are very limited.
If you are arriving late you might get into trouble to receive your keys.
I’m still waiting for some compensation about the horrible check in I had.
I didn’t receive the “code” to receive my room key.
The “call center” gave me the wrong key.
When filling an official complaint, no one followed up with me.
The cleaning services were bad!
I had to explicitly ask to change the used glasses…

The hotel is very well situated, one block away from Museum Island and very close to an underground station (U) and walking distance from the Alexanderplatz station which is a transport nexus. The room we had was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Everything was very clean. Last but not least the staff was very friendly and helpful, made you feel at home and all their suggestions as to were to have breakfast or anything were knowledgeable and spot on.
It is located next to a church that does ring its bells, the windows are soundproofed (double glazing) but if they are open you do hear the bells and some activity from the courtyard but it wasn't uncomfortable.

Hotel is good, healthy and well looked after.
Location is perfect.
Price was a little high due to the season (Sept).
Staff was helpful and very kind.
In summary, if you want to be close to the touristic spots and stay at a healthy and modern place this hotel is the right place to be; however if you are staying a bit longer (i.e. more than 3 days) you can find a better priced place as the public transport in Berlin is great and cheap.
Very minor things which I don`t want to mention at all.

Disappointing
Good location but not accessible by car
The room type specified at this hotel was not correct. I was given a different room. I traveled with a large group. We didn't have any private space. I specifically asked for this and made this reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, they said they didn't send the booking messages. We were forced to stay in the room they provided. We were completely uncomfortable. We were seriously inconvenienced. I chose this room because it had separate rooms and a balcony. It didn't work as advertised. They also sent me numerous messages to avoid charging me through the booking system. Finally, I had to pay through the payment site they provided. They deliberately do this to everyone. Why do I have to pay through a separate site?
