It was a very comfortable hotel, in an excellent location. It was very near Alexander Platz and the underground station. There was a fantastic restaurant just near by in the little square, which was perfect for us. We loved hearing the church bells too.
The hotel was very clean and our room was done daily. We also paid to have some laundry done, which was very convenient.
There was a little fridge in the room (for the mini bar), which was really useful for keeping water etc cold.
Berlin was a fantastic city. Definitely visit the Berlin Wall Memorial at Bernauser Strasse, the Stasi Museum and Archives, the Brandenburg Gate and the DDR museum was good fun! If you can manage it, the climb to the dome of the cathedral is well worth i
t too.
We didn't mind it at all, but it could be a bit noisy in the morning when the deliveries came

The service at reception was great, they let us store bags earlier and later while also having a room ready early. The location is great and the rooms are very good for the price!

Wonderful place to stay to explore Berlin. A gem in Nikolaiviertel. Beautiful, clean room and very comfortable bed. Had a great sleep! Would highly recommend.

The location was excellent & we loved our nightly chats with Ralf at reception who told us some great tales about Berlin.
There’s a nice wine bar a street away that serves a v nice cheese platter.

This hotel is a wee gem, absolutely immaculate, cleaned daily, some wee special touches like toiletries in the bathroom, a fan for keeping cool, TVs in room comfortable beds and the staff are a delight and very helpful with directions to places we wanted to visit

Location is perfect on the U5 from Bahnhof, and very close to the hop-on buses! Very nice rooms, excellent clean up service every day. Quiet, and a great value!
Some glitchy tech with Arbio, I was worried if I would have a room or not, but it turned out Okay. No breakfast since June 2025
