The hotel was in a very central location and extremely clean. The room was very spacious. We liked all the amenities. If I come back to Berlin, I would stay here again.

the area was in a good place, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.
There wasn't a person who you could talk directly except by phone, the biggest problem was the moment i was trying to pay for the night. After a few calls, i was able to do it. And direct after they got the money for the night i hade booked they suddenly tried to charge 250€ which i didn't understand why?

There is no breakfast at the hotel, but the problem is that the cafe shops open rather late (10 or 11 am). It is very annoying that there are no complementary refreshments, fruits or water bottles (water can be bought). Also, I could hear the neighbors pacing above my head and in the next room, late evening and at night. The interaction with Airbio is not great - they sent us a message that we need to check out by 10am, when in fact the checkout is at noon. Also,
