Location is very central bed is comfortable and very clean
The reception closed at 17 with no notification while on the booking and check in instructions was clearly indicated that it should have been open until 22. Me and two other guests were out of the door wanting to check in, no instruction or entrance code and we called the hotel number where a guy after some calling back and forth gave me the door code and once in shared the code to the locker and that of the other guests. We basically had to show ourselves in and find our way in the hotel. The neighbors also met us and said "this happened more than once they just closed before time". Does not seem a professional handling of customers for the price paid, will not return and not advice to others.

Great location in a pretty area that was quiet just off the busy Platz. Few good quality bars and restaurants v nearby.
If arriving late the reception is closed.

The location was perfect, walking distance to all the sites. Even our Uber driver commented that the location was perfect for sightseeing!

Nice quiet and central location. Within walking distance of train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Slept really well!

Excellent hotel for quality/price ratio in the heart of Berlin. Within walking distance of Alexanderplatz, from where you can easily get anywhere. Clean, comfortable room with everything you need. Frank, the receptionist, was very friendly. Highly recommended!

Amazing location in quiet historic area. Easy to walk everywhere, close to Underground & train station & many historic sites. Great variety of restaurants nearby. Loved staying on a quiet pedestrian-only cobblestone street rather than a busy boulevard with traffic
