The receptionist guy is great. The room is also nice, everything is new, and it also has a nice seating area.
The only thing, that was confusing was that the app that handles the late check-ins kept sending messages already days before arrival, to log in. But the link was not visible, and there were many msgs back and forth, for nothing... At the end the link was still not visible, and it cleared out, that if you arrive until 5, you don't even need the app and the link.

Very good location wirh lots of restaurants nearby and a very charming neighbourhood. Also my room was very good and spacious. Staff was very friendly and attentive!!

Hotel Nikolai Residence is a great hotel that around 10 mins walk from the main train station.
Check in was friendly and seamless with Ege and our room was well fitted, clean and a good size. He also made sure we had all the info we needed for our stay.
Good standard toiletries are provided, as are a small selection of tea and coffee, and a complimentary bottle of water.
There also a complimentary mini fridge and safe, and the Wi-Fi is stable.
Our flight was cancelled due to strike action at the airport and Amal was brilliant in sorting out an extra nights stay and helping to make a stressful situation simple and calm.

The location of the hotel is absolutely, everything is within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped with high-quality amenities. We also really enjoyed the Italian restaurant located just downstairs; it was excellent and a big plus for the hotel.
We had an issue with our room key not working when we returned to the hotel one evening. Unfortunately, it took nearly an hour to resolve, and we struggled to communicate effectively with customer service during that time. We expected a much faster solution for what seemed to be a technical issue.
