In the heart of Berlin, public transport is nearby. Lovely and silent residential area. Amazing staff. Super clean room. Exceptional for families. For sure we will be there again when we're back in Berlin.

Online is chaotic, no coordination between booking.com, hotel and Arbio.de - I still do not have my final hotel invoice for reimbursement with my employer because “it takes 7 days to check whether I damaged the hotel room”

The room was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at ! And also very big. The location is very good , ten minutes walking distance to the main area , there were 2 doors in order to get to the rooms which felt safer and nicer. The staff was very nice
They clean the room only after three days of stay and the reception had specific hours with physical workers , the rest of the time was on the phone.

A fantastic location located in the shadow of the TV Tower. Classical little neighborhood with easy access to bars, pubs/ coctails, shopping and restaurants. Hotel provide private parking, room was spacious for the family.
I have no complaints. The location made it very easy to utilize hop on/hop off buses as the stop was 200m from the hotels. Bus stops and train stations were also within 5 minute walk.

Very clean and centric location. Everything is located within walking distance or a few minutes from the public transportation. Frank and the hotel staff were very courteous and respectful. Highly recommend.

A very good location, quiet and close to center, very nice district with a church and restoraunts and bars just down the hotel
We asked for cleaning services and were answered that they do the cleaning once in 3 days, that was weird. After that we got our room partly cleaned

Beautiful location - tucked away but in the heart of the city. Easy to get to all the main attractions. Especially appreciated the ability to leave our bags early, get the keys and return later when the room was available.
