Very accessible to disabled. First hotel with so large bathroom when it comes to a budget hotel. Cable TV. Staff was nice. We were late but that it is not a problem, they have lockers (tresors) for the keys, if you arrive past 21:00. The hotel WiFi was good but ask for the password at the reception, as in the room I did not find it (so if you arrive late you are out of luck for the first night). The area is residential. Nothing to buy, nothing to eat out (in large distance). There is no fridge, but that's ok. There are a few parking lots in the second building (there are two buildings, therefore the two numbers).
The bed was squeaking a bit.

Updated facility, nice beds and bathroom for universal access. Italian restaurant at the street level I never visited due to the heatwave. Friendly and helpful staff.
During a heatwave it was clearly missing air conditioning and a refrigerator in the rooms. Had to park in the street further away than recommended streets by the staff. Staff members had limited English speaking skills, but were very friendly so everything was solved easily.

The hotel locates at a quiet place, near a bus station
The bathroom's floor is a bit unsanitized which make you feel slippery. The electric fan was too weak, as we stayed in Berlin when it was about 30-33 degree at night and we were hard to sleep

Accommodation was average, room was very tiny but was cleaned, breakfast was very disappointing regarding of price, personal was great. I would not choose this accommodation for my vacation.
