The position was amazing, close to the u-bahn station and many restaurants and bars. The room was appealing. The towels were changed everyday and the coffee machine and the kettle were new and well functioning.
There were no stair and only one elevator which made us wait long to exit the building, expecially in the morning during the room service time. The room was a little bit small with only small lights that were not always usefull and there was some dust under the bed. I knew that the coffee capsules would be refilled every 3 days but i think they can improve this point.

The size of the room is unacceptable especially the combination of the sink toilet and shower all separate . The coffer machine one had to carry on to the desk to make a coffee . The t/v did not work . Soap despenser did be not work, fou pills and hair in the bed . I think you should do your homework before accepting guests.
Everyhing ecpecially tje dull and dark environment of the so called hotel.

Ideal location for me an my partner, Rosenthaler Platz station was not even a 2 minute walk away with great links to every part of the city. Hotel room was perfect, cleaned thoroughly everyday with nice wash an toilet facilities. Staff were very helpful when helping us check in an out. Perfect hotel to explore Berlin at a very reasonable price.
Saturday nights they have music playing til 1am in the bar/club area if you're on level 1 can slightly hear it but other than that not a fault whatsoever.

Water pressure in the shower was top!!! Also you can get the room completely dark in the middle of the day. It's quiet too. Staff did a great job with cleaning. Bed is comfortable

Lovely place to stay in Mitte, great location near the subway and the breakfast is delicious!
Rooms on the street side are a bit noisy.

The staff were so wonderful. I had to extend an extra night due to being unwell, and also flights canceled.. they were helpful, I just relaxed at the hotel and had a few drinks to get through. I was very comfortable! I don’t know the girls name at the front, but she might remember me. Thank you so much for being so lovely and friendly! Holiday continues and I will get home to Australia soon. :)

There was a cyberattack due to the hotel’s poor security system, and my data — and I believe the data of other clients as well — were stolen. The hotel did not inform us about anything.
I was contacted by someone pretending to work for the hotel who asked me to make the payment again. It felt very strange. I wrote to the hotel, but they didn’t respond at first. The hacker contacted me again and showed me all my personal data, so I ended up believing him because he clearly had access to my information.
The hotel eventually replied and confirmed that there had indeed been a cyberattack. I understand that these things can happen, but what disappointed me was that the hotel did not apologize in any way or offer any form of compensation, such as a discount or even a complimentary breakfast. I know they are not obliged to do so, but it would have been a considerate gesture.
Overall, the staff was very kind and polite, but I believe the issue lies with the management and the organization.
