One of the Front desk staffs during the period was helpful in most ways to make the stay comfortable yet the breakfast could have been developed.
Capricious occupancy led me to make a reservation and confirm the occupancy through third party website in advance, yet with the higher price than the past instead. Abrupt interruption of housekeeping ladies could be avoided if remarked your demand in advance.

Everything! I booked my trip to arrive exactly on Sep 20, however after checking that the time that I would arrive would have been a little late for the check in time, I decided to contact the hotel explaining that I would arrive a little bit later than expected, then they said that there was no problem and that they will send an email with the procedures for when I arrive.Till then everything was fine, I received the email and everything was clear. Everything changed of picture when my bus ended up getting even late, it only took off around 1 am in the morning (From Poland) meaning that I would arrive in by 8 am of the next day (21/09/22) . Stressed out with the situation I forgot to call again to say that the time has changed but since I DID NOT CANCEL MY STAYING, I had in mind that I would at least have the one night left. So the moment I arrived in Germany (21 sept 8 am); I immediately headed to the hotel . Arriving there the same man I talked to on the phone explaining that I would arrive late (in the first time I called) ; told me that my room was given to someone else and there was nothing he could do. I was speechless and honestly didnt know what to do. My thoughts were: Im going to sleep In the streets? To make things even worst it happened that I had payed two nights and for two people which made me waste even more money because i didnt check the number of people, this means that if In reality I had come with one more person it would be two people with no place to sleep. How convenient I sat there not knowing what to do since my place was taken without even receiving any information about it, at least telling me that they were about to give my room to someone else, but they didnt call no email, simply nothing regarding that. The man ended up feeling bad and decided to give me as a room the space where the staff put the towels, the bed shits and so I never felt so humiliated in my whole life, basical payed for a room I didnt even see.

I'm very satified with my two day stay. The Phillips air purifiers in the common areas were a very welcome sight. The breakfast was good and the service personnel were very friendly and helpful. Located in a nice neighborhood.

As long as I am remembering the right hotel, every single staff person was nice! Completely the opposite of the next hotel I stayed at, which also happened to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Wish I could have just stayed at this one which was so so so much better than Stuggarter Eck!
