My room was lovely and I had a great view out the window. Good location in Prenzlauer Berg. Music boxes in the lift are cute
It would have been good to have a small fridge and kettle in the room.

Excellent hotel in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood and conveniently located near tram and subway stations, playgrounds, parks, restaurants and stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful and all our special requests were met. Our room was spacious, nicely warm and very clean. Breakfast was delicious with many options. We will be very happy to return to Berlin and the Birgit hotel soon!

Location was perfect. An easy walk from the U bahn station. Loads of cool restaurants pubs a d shops nearby. This was in a proper neighbourhood, with trees, a school, small shops etc. I enjoyed that the area was not as overbuilt and frenetic as much of Berlin.

Cute little hotel in a quiet area, conveniently located with supermarket and plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars close by. U-bahn station at the end of the road. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent with hot and cold options.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok. Clean enough sheets but not sure about the floor. Water pressure was great and hot!
Had to wait 20 minutes to check-in because no one was around. Phone line didn't work to call and ask for help. Wifi password was only in the elevator. Not the quietest room.
