Everything was good and the staff were very nice and helpful. I expected the room to have slippers but not.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and suitably equipped. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff are absolutely fantastic, you feel welcome and cared for. The hotel is a short walk away from a busy S-Bahn station with multiple lines, the commute into the city centre is very short. Would definitely come again!
TV reception spotty for some reason. Though it had no negative impact on our stay, the building was built at the turn of the century (I assume) and definitely looks its age.

Location is superb: I came for the Berlin Marathon and could get to the start line by foot. Moreover, there are U-Bahn and S-Banh stations in 5 - 10 minutes from the hotel. There is a straight S-Bahn line from there to the airport, by the way. The breakfast is delicious and has good assortment for any taste. The bed is soft and comfy. The matrimonial bed has 2 separate mattresses and 2 blankets which I find very convenient . And the neighborhood is very tranquil and relaxed: no noise or parties. My room was very spacious. I would say: enormous :) When we moved in, we discovered that the fridge (ini bar) was broken. But the personnel immediately replaced it with a good one. All in all, everything was great! Strongly recommend.
No drawbacks, honestly :)

Room was incredibly spacious! It had lofty ceilings (which added to the sense of space) and was well laid out. The location was excellent too. Very accessible from the east, the west and the city centre of Berlin.

Excellent service. Staff was helpful and informative. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the S train stop. Access to coffee shop and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was lovely and interiors were filled with artwork.

Breakfast was really nice (excellent value/money rate). Location is nearby S-Bahn (1 stop till Zoo, 4 stops till Alexanderplatz), but trains absolutely not disturbing. No high traffic streets around. Hotel has owns not expensive closed parking place. Be sure to reserve it! Staff extremely helpful.
Wifi was not working for some time, looks like hardware problem.

Very nicely renovated heritage building. Close to suburban train station. Lots of places to walk nearby. Short distance by train from city centre. Very good buffet breakfast.
The exterior could do with a touch up. Some broken glass should be replaced and walls painted.
