Great location, and really good set up. Spacious rooms, including kitchenette.
I probably would loose the carpet in the room not as hygenic when there are great wooden floors.

The location and room
The cleaner was very lazy. I originally booked one night and she went to come the next day to clean and I said it’s okay for today because I barely use the room last night and then I booked for another couple of days and she still never came back to clean and there was somebody’s dirty razorblades stuck to the toilet floor behind the toilet. It was there when I got there and still there when I left.
I also believe I left my brand-new Apple AirPod headphones there. I tried to get them to ask if the cleaner had found them but apparently the cleaner had finished the entire weekend even though it was only a Friday and was not due back till Monday so could not tell me they were €100 worth of headphones and no one could even go down and check for me as I reckon I left them on the windowsill. They said if I had the cleaner would’ve found them, but that cleaner was too lazy.

Excellent location. Tram stops right outside the front door. The neighborhood is full of places to eat and has a great vibe. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out are seamless. Room was spotless!

Spacious, bright modern studio apartment, very quiet, in a lovely old building facing the gardens. Good neighbourhood too. Top quality cotton bedlinen and towels. Would recommend this place.
The beds were too soft for me personally, It was very bright in the mornings, the curtains did little to block the light. It would have been nice if there was a coffee pot or machine and a toaster for breakfast. Very low ceiling in the sleeping area, but we knew about that in advance.

The room we were in was in the last floor and was very hot during the day, with no air conditioning nor fan. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows extremely thin. The shower drain was not working properly and the water didnt filter well

The location is perfect. GLS Hotel is in the heart of Prenzlauer, but thanks to its construction by its very nature of campus, it's so quiet and calm, when you are in. I enjoyed the history and heritage of GLS, didn't expect that.
The mattress was so soft, it felt like sleeping in a hammock.

The room was huge!! Could have shared with a friend who had also booked a room. The receptionist showed us to the block where we were staying and was very attentive. The room was excellent, nice and clean.
The low ceiling going up stairs to the sleeping bit was inconvenient, but easy enough to cope with.
