The location is close to the messe which was important for us
Because the property is so old, the floors in the room we stayed are making so much noise that you can’t walk without sound. And when in the room you hear weird sounds from the lift that is also very old when it goes up and down

Location was great for attending concert at Olympiastadium and seeing the sights in Berlin. Street parking wasn’t hard to come by.
Room wasn’t cleaned properly. 1 of 3 staff members at the front desk was rude (other 2 were pleasant). Was locked out of entering the lobby at one point as the desk clerk (rude one) had gone upstairs. Dirty socks were left in our room. Breakfast was 17€ per person, and when I didn’t pay for breakfast I was charge 2,50€ for coffee.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. We had a late check in and the staff was so kind and made the process smooth with getting our key quickly. The hotel is in a prime location near multiple public train and subway stations which made commuting around Berlin a breeze. The interior of the hotel is so clean, tastefully historic and felt incredibly safe. Our room was absolutely beautiful. High lofted ceiling, bathroom was a good size and spotlessly clean, nice quiet courtyard view. The bed, pillows and comforter were also very clean and comfortable.
I loved everything about the property. Will stay here again in the future when visiting Berlin.

Charming classic hotel in Berlin. Clean and comfortable. Close to the Central bus station and trains. The 1930 lift was a real experience. Secure bike parking in a locked storage area.
Not a great locality for good eateries but we chose this hotel for its proximity to the Central bus station.

Since we were attending a concert that took place at the Olympic Stadium, the location of the hotel and the accessibility to the stadium were very important. Very nice large room, great courtyard where you can have a coffee or relax surrounded by flowers

Breakfast was ok. They advertise free parking. What they don’t say is it’s wherever you can find it on the street.
