Could subtly hear the M trams passing by in the night from my room but it is not disruptive to sleep once night falls.

Breakfast was fine. The staff tried to remedy a bad situation.
Our room was on the first floor above the bar. On Friday night the music was blasted until 2 am. Although I fell asleep, my wife could not. On Saturday morning she complained and our room was moved to the third floor. On Saturday night, the music was not as loud, but the vibrations from the music still could be felt and kept her awake. (I am a hard sleeper. She is not.) She went downstairs in her PJs near 1 am and complained to the manager. He said they would turn the music down. But she still could hear and feel it from the third floor and didn't get to sleep until after the music was turned off at 2 am. Thing is, it's a bar. Not a night club. It's a small space. But they blast the music like it's a dance club. Also, the tub in the bathroom was very tall and difficult to step into. My daughter had a tough time. She is short. My wife, at 5 feet 6 inches, also had a tough time. At nearly 6 feet, it was even difficult for me. Plus, there were no handle bars to help one safely get into the tub. With a glass door that was glued in place, there was no flexibility to enter and exit the tub. This is dangerous and offered no accessibility.

Perfectly located in the centre of the city, and excellent transport links. A nice room with big, bright windows and the bed was super comfortable. Room was kept clean throughout the stay with plenty of towels available. Self check in and check out was helpful but there was always a member of staff about to help.
Room was located near the elevator which was very noisy when in use. No mini-fridge in the room which would have been useful. Digital key didn't always work but keycard was also provided.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom room which was amazing! Great to have so much space
Be aware that the elevator for the apartments is a half floor out, so you will have to carry bags a flight of stairs It was also very dark. Had a washing machine, but no dryer

Loved this hotel, super chic and slick. Would love to go back and party there! Location was excellent
Only a slight niggle, there was no bedding for the sofa bed so I had to call down for it. Housekeeping brought the sheets, etc super quickly though and even made the bed up which was nice. The sofa bed also needs to be repaired though as sunk at the end, but this didn’t affect my sleep.
